Ok So I'm a Dedicated Member of this McDonald's Location for over 10yrs Now!!!!!! But as of this last year!!!! There is a Spanish Male manager who has just gotten.... Real rude To African Americans as of lately...... Now I do know the area is questionable...... But it's seems as. He doesn't like are kind. I spend money everyday here because I'm in the area and I'm very fund of the Gas station family!!!!! There probably the best thing to happen around here!!!! Nice people..... But The nationally that is employed is mostly Spanish or if not foreign...... And with them not speaking good English it's making for bad communication!!!!!! Today I pulled up to the drive threw window like normal and order a number 5 10pc chicken nugget meal. But I told. Myself I'm going to switch it up an go for a burger..... with me being extremely Allergic. To onions... and every one knows it's hard not to get one of those little onions somewhere so I was forced not to risk it....for so long but today I was going to try..... But the menu was still showing the last order.... So the foreign lady asked can she take my order. And I proceeded to make here aware I could not see the menu to place my order she ok and never returned so after awhile I pulled to the window. I see its the same lady who has been rude before!!!! So I say I can't see the menu.... she goes there nothing i can do about it if u don't know what u want I can't help you!!! That was very rude an Unprofessional. So then I asked what would she like for me to do? Her response was I can't just go out there and fix it myself. The whole point of this long review is just very unprofessional to have a rude manager that allows their employees to also be rude and unprofessional to it only seems to be African Americans.    Read moreI arrived to the McDonalds location and chose that one because the website said it was open 24hrs. I got there and no one answered the drive thru speaker for 5 min so I drove to the window. There was one lady who was standing at the front but no one who could see me. I drove to the end of the drive thru and parked and walked to the door and it was locked. I knocked and she then saw me and shook her head no and rose up her hand to indicate that they opened at 5. I indicated back to her to come to the door and she kept shaking her head and going back to whatever she was doing. I knocked for a 4th or 5th time and asked her to come to the door and at that time she said go through the drive thru. I yelled through the glass door that I was already there for 10 min and that she needed to come to the door. After coming to the door she said again that they opened at 5 and I told her that I have to be at work at 5 across town and that I came here because they were showing at open 24/7 and I already paid. She kept saying that I could give them 5 min and I kept telling her either she needs to give me my food now or they need to refund me and she said that they didnt have money and couldn't do that. I told her that that isn't happening. I told her again either food or refund. She then said go through the drive thru. I got back in my car and backed up to the window when she opened it I explained to her that she needed to update their website to reflect their correct times or they needed to adhere to the times listed on the website. She said no and that it was a communication error through corporate. I asked her for her name and she said Maria but I could see her name on her badge which said SHIFT MANAGER LILIA so I asked her what her badge said and she covered it up and said I dont know. They finally gave me my food at 4:58 and I had to rush to work. This is poor management and poor...
   Read moreSat in the drive through at 1000 Commerce with 2 other vehicles for a half hour. Both other drivers were complaining that they had been sitting there with no service. At one point the lady inside walked by the window but did not acknowledge us. We got out of line, drove around the building and encountered a man outside the walk in entrance. He told us he was maintenance, & he could not reach anyone, to get inside. We then drove back to the drive through to wait behind the customer that was there prior to us. When the employee finally came to the window at 2:30, she informed the person ahead of us, that they had stopped serving "20 min ago". He stated that this was not posted anywhere and that he would like to order some food & was told that the grill was cold. At this point my husband became frustrated & drove off. At 2:40. When I Google the hours, & confirm on your website, it says they are open from 24hrs... We then drove to the location on Mockingbird & John Carpenter/Stemmons. There we were told that there were only 3 items available. sausage biscuit, sausage muffin, & sausage mcgriddle. Just sausage, no egg. No fries or hashbrowns we're available either. Just those 3 items. Period. Their hours also appear to be 24hours. To top it off, as I have just received my order from the THIRD location I have attempted, Empire Central & Mockingbird. . my fries are cold, I have ONE COLD quarter pounder instead of my 3 chicken sandwiches. McDonald's has always been our go-to... But we will now think twice before visiting, especially late at night. This is unacceptable.
