Ordered from here and my pizza was not fully cooked.. I ate one slice and it had so much dough and was not eatable.. I called back and had no problems with the young lady she said all I had to do was send the pizza and the driver would bring me another one.. I am pregnant and in the hospital and I sometimes would like to eat something other than hospital food and I am pleased with how they handled the situation.. I believe her name was Dashay or something like that.. I will be leaving another review once the pizza arrives.. Oh the driver was super nice and he knocked on the door and waited for me to tell him to come in which is a big deal once your in the hospital for 2 months, pregnant with triplets and barely like to wear clothes.. So to sum it up Pizza was not eatable however the service was really good..
My Pizza came and it was Burnt.. Some way to make up for undercooked pizza.. Service was good the delivery driver was great!! Tall guy with beard and mustache!! Not going to be ordering from here anymore.. definitely did not touch the pizza craving...

I ordered a medium beef pizza and got a pork, I called and reported and the manager was nice enough to replace it, however the young lady that called my phone harassing me saying things about the pizza being eaten. Itās your mistake own it, learn some manners and customer service donāt call your customer telling them that they ate the pizza and accusing them of stealing when you messed up. No maāam I had a medium pizza that I ordered my husband and I ate a piece which is how we found out itās pork genius. Suggestion get nicer employees this woman was rude, disrespectful, and argumentative. I placed a $202 order (14 pizzas) from the Ross Ave Pizza Hut in Dallas on July 13 to feed first responders during a training event. The order was confirmed and assigned to DoorDash ā but the food never arrived. No one contacted me, and we waited over an hour.
When I called the store, the staff said a DoorDash driver may have canceled it but werenāt sure. I had to call DoorDash myself the next day to learn it was indeed canceled. Then I called Pizza Hut customer service ā the rep sounded irritated to take my call. She said the card would be refunded in 3 business days, then suddenly started saying āHello?ā repeatedly and hung up like she pretended not to hear me.
No communication about the cancellation, no urgency, and terrible customer service. The firefighters never got their promised lunch, and my business looked unreliable because of Pizza Hutās failures. Absolutely...
