Address: 8235 N Stemmons Fwy, Dallas, TX 75247 The service is alway a pleasure with Juan who works at the Schlotzskys on Stemmons he makes sure we are taken care of.There is a downside Rositha who works the front quite often. She threw the buzzer at my friend and she was going to share and speak with the manager in reference to her disrespectfulness.

She was also rude to my other co-worker as well. Thank you, Juan we always share how amazing you are and how you go the Extra Mile Juan gets 10Xstars! Thank you, for all you do for your customers.

We spend quality time there and Juan knows our names and orders before we place it! He is truly a pleasure to see when we come into the establishment. She needs training on customer service and she needs to understand without customers you will not have a job! The food is always outstanding and the cooks are Amazing. The Ambiance is...

I have been going to Schlotzky's since before I can remember. I can't recall ever ordering ANYTHING but "The Original". When I first tried the sandwich I didn't even claim to enjoy any of the ingredients on their own, but together they made magic happen. A firm reason to never stray from the path.

Now that I've professed my love for that fantastic sandwich, I need to warn others who are seeking different flavors from Schlotzky's.... DON'T DO IT.

I made the terrible mistake of ordering their Chicken Enchilada Soup. It was awful in every way.... I'd like to see someone who works there eat a full portion because something was not right. It was like Rico's condensed cheese product ballpark style with soggy tortilla strips and no fillers (chicken, onions, peppers, etc) anywhere in sight.

This is not a review on the food, but on the level of service and consideration shown by the employee's!

I had a co-worker pick up one of the new Pretzel dipping sandwiches as I was without a vehicle today. In the process, somehow the dipping sauce wasn't included with the sandwich and wasn't discovered until the food was already brought back to my workplace.

Gave them a call and mentioned the issue, and they immediately offered either a refund, or a free sandwich later on (which I really didn't want either.. I wasn't after my money back). All I said was I'd like my sauce and I'd see about borrowing a car to come get it. Instead, they went out of there way to bring me the sauce AND a fresh sandwich to my workplace.

They've earned a customer for sure, and I'm going to make sure people...
