I have ordered here multiple times thru postmates and EVERY TIME we have an issue. Missing items on sandwiches with no communication at pickup. I have attempted to complain via postmates but they tell me to take it up with the store.
This last incident which happened today was where my order, according to the rude young cashier, was never completed. When I informed it was, and paid for and ready he said I was at the wrong store and attempted to ignore me. Then when I showed him the text from post mates stating my order was ready and the location(this store) he just stood there. Then I said they were busy and I didnt want them to remake it and to just give me a refund. He straight up said "We're not gonna give you a refund." Then told me they could make me a replacement but I was already waiting for my meeting to start so had I waited for my sandwich - which I did- I would of been late- WHICH I was. They fastly made my sandwich which I was appreciative for, but LOW AND BEHOLD upon arriving back to my office for my web meeting with my warm sandwich, the bread was dry as hell, cheese was missing along with my pickles, guac and bell peppers. (Also this was not the first rude encounter from an employee I've had upon pickup here)

I ordered through the Subway website to have my lunch delivered, but when it arrived it was missing items. I tried calling the store, which took multiple tries for them to even answer. They told me that I had to contact DoorDash since they delivered it, but I explained that I didn’t order through DoorDash so I had no way of contacting them. They told me they couldn’t do anything and then hung up. I tried calling back multiple times and they would not answer their phone. I found the contact info for DoorDash and they told me that since I made the payment through Subway they couldn’t provide a refund either. DoorDash tried contacting the restaurant for me, but they once again would not answer their phone. Absolutely horrible service. I would definitely stay away...

I used the app for the first time with one of my friends because there was a deal on the app but realized it only applied to footlongs and when I changed it, I didn’t realize it reverted all of the settings so I asked her if she could fix it and from there it just went downhill and ended with her yelling at me and me saying that there is no need to yell and walking out with my ruined order and on the verge of tears and finally, when I was in the car.
