I’m a regular at bistro. Honestly I think the food is pretty good. I order while I’m on break at work multiple times per week. Prices are solid and food is not half bad.
Now service is where they lack… they used to have an app you can order from which has been down for months now.
Now I call the bistro when I need to order food. They only usually staff one person behind that register on evenings so it can understandably be hectic for them.
According to my call log on my phone I have called them 18 times in the past hour with no luck on getting through to anyone. I don’t have the time to go downstairs and order as I’m lucky if I get a full 30 min break on any given day.
It’s unacceptable that you cannot get through to them on the phone and their management has to do better. The poor workers are running around stressed out because they have no help. There is no way that counter should have one worker behind it during...
