BurgerFi — Restaurant in Dania Beach

Just got done dining here (2/23/25) and overall not impressed. It was one of many places to eat within walking distance of our hotel and decided to give it a try. Initial walk in there was No one on the register and the staff in the back looked a little confused. Eventually some lady (very polite) came up and apologized and took our order. The kiosk was being used by a gentleman with 2 kids while we ordered. We took a seat and went to fill our drunk cups. As a multi selection coke machine that lets you pick your style of drink most of it was out. Wait time wasn't terrible buy when we got our food the fries were a let down. They looked very good but looks were deceiving, they were soggy and lacked flavor. Reminded me of Five Guys style of fries. I got the bacon burger and my wife got the chicken strips. The burger Reminded me of Jack in the box while the strips were average nothing special. Now back to the gentleman with the kids. We were almost done eating and they were still waiting. He ended up going up and asking where their order is and Noone had a clue. No sense of urgency since he was waiting for over 30 Mins. I went to end our experience with a shake and waited for about 13 ish minutes before going back up and asking how much longer for one shake. They asked what I ordered and only than did the make it. Mind you not busy at all.

Now for the unprofessionalism. Some lady had walked in and told the workers in the back what she had wanted and it was a few things and never paid for it. They made it and gave it to her and she left. Some workers from a different company just walked in the back and kept going back and forth before helping themselves to some ice cream and left.

Overall would not recommend and would go elsewhere. Unfortunately I didn't read reviews before hand or I wouldn't have gone and...

I’ve been staying near this location the last 3 weekends for work. I’ve been getting in around 7pm. This is the fourth time I’ve come here and only the first time I got food.

First time I came by, the door to the patio was locked, restaurant was open. This restaurant is on a street with a storefront on both sides. All the restaurants here have a patio on this street, all but this one have the main part of the restaurant on the street away from the parking lot. Not this one. Anyway, the door was locked, I wasn’t walking around the building for it.

Came in the next day, the system was down and a worker said they couldn’t take orders. Things happen, I understand that. But I left. Patio was packed up like 2 hours before close on a nice night.

Came in the following weekend, the same worker from the week prior is now yelling, rudely mind you, they didn’t have fries. Burger places not having fries is pretty wild. So I left.

Came back a week later, today, finally everything seemed okay.

Ordered via the kiosk, burger, with bacon, egg, added some sauces, fries with parm and sauce.

Food came out hot, just took forever, and the place wasn’t busy. My fries were burnt and much too crispy (to clarify, this is burnt food, not just a well done fry). And the sauces were missing on my burger.

The burger itself wasn’t bad, wasn’t particularly good either.

To pay 25 dollars for a burger and some fries… I’m unimpressed. Especially after giving it 4 tries to get.

Tables were dirty and sticky. Three I sat at were wobbly with napkins desperately trying to level them.

I’m not coming back. I can get better food, that is better for me, with better service in the same building.

I’ve been to a handful of BurgerFi’s and they all remind me of this. Overpriced “meh” with bad...

Worst experience on BurgerFi Dania location. Food is good but this location has the WORST SERVICE EVER!! By mistake one of my burgers was not ordered so when we got the rest I told them that one was missing. We checked the bill and it was not there so I paid for the burger and asked the cashier to please tell the kitchen to get my burger as priority since it was a mistake from them and the rest of the order will get cold (it was to go). 20 minutes later after asking the cashier to check twice with the kitchen, we finally got the burger. Many burgers came out prior ours, many burgers!! I requested to talk with the manager and after some laughing and avoiding to go out, finally one guy came. I didn't receive any apology, not even a little gesture of sorry for the long waiting and for the inconvenience. I told the manager that it would be the last time I visit this place. That all the staff made me sleepy just by seeing them. That nobody in that place cared a little for the custumers. How would you not prioritize an order if the client has the rest of the order getting cold because of your mistakes? It's important to mention that the first part of my order was given by the manager and he saw the problem and just walked away. Is that a real manager???? When we got home with cold food, believe it or not, all the burgers were wrong. Really??? Please think it twice before going these days to BurgerFi Dania. Maybe in a couple of weeks you can go when somebody in management figures out the quality of workers that they hired and do something about it...in the meantime, stay...
