My family’s went to Lime Fresh. The Lime Fresh at Dania Pointe is a fantastic spot for delicious, Mexican-inspired cuisine. During our visit, we enjoyed a variety of dishes that truly showcased their commitment to fresh, flavorful food.
The Asada Bowls were a standout, featuring tender, well-seasoned beef atop a bed of perfectly cooked rice and beans. Topped with fresh guacamole, salsa, and cilantro, each bite was a delightful mix of textures and flavors.
The Chicken Tacos did not disappoint either. The marinated chicken was juicy and flavorful, complemented by crisp lettuce, cheese, and a zesty sauce. The fresh tortillas held everything together nicely, making for a satisfying meal.
Lastly, the Loaded Nachos were an absolute treat. Piled high with melted cheese, jalapeños, sour cream, guacamole, and our choice of protein, the nachos remained crispy and delicious under the generous toppings. This dish was perfect for sharing and packed with flavor.
Overall, Lime Fresh at Dania Pointe offers a wonderful dining experience with fresh ingredients, robust flavors, and a vibrant atmosphere. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a leisurely meal, this spot is sure to impress. But most importantly the staff is what really makes the place stand out. Kudos to the staff Naomi, Nancy, Leila, Dom, Jay, Cam and the rest of the Lime crew thoroughly impressed not just by the food, but by the exceptional service provided by the staff.
From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided great recommendations, which we appreciated.
Our food arrived promptly, and the staff checked in regularly to make sure we were enjoying our meal and to see if we needed any refills or additional items. Their genuine care and dedication to providing a great dining experience were evident.
It's clear that the team at Lime Fresh takes pride in their work, and their positive energy added to the overall enjoyable experience. I highly recommend this location not just for the delicious food, but for the outstanding service that makes you feel valued and well...
Read moreI've never been to Lime.
However, having said that, I've heard multiple people talk about this place for years. I decided I would give it a shot.
I ordered some pop, an appetizer and some tacos.
I like my root beer, but actually liked the Ice Cube's that they use, it may seem like an inconsequential detail, but the very small and crunchy ice cubes are a bonus for me. I have never been a fan of the oversized ice cubes that you find in every fast food restaurant.
My appetizer, was Flautas, you get 4 for $7. They were tasty. However, they're not worth $7 and you really don't get enough dipping sauce for for them. So in conclusion, I wouldn't order this again. Not worth the price and if you are going to charge this price, make them thicker or add an extra one. Also, more dipping sauce is an obvious solution.
I ordered the shrimp tacos. I have zero complaints about the shrimp tacos, they were perfect. They tasted good and a couple of tortilla chips tossed on the side was an added bonus that I enjoyed.
The only thing that bothered me... while I was still eating my tacos, one of the employees reached in to grab my tray while I was still eating... assuming I was finished... that was not cool... I did not like that.
I won't have a problem going back to Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, but I won't go out of my way...
Read moreI'm not impressed. I placed an order online for two of us for pickup. On the website there was an option to choose all the sides and sauces; I ASSUMED that all the sides that I requested would be in the bag since it was on my order - and getting home I got the basics and none of the extra things that were on the order. My bad for not checking to see that they had done their job!
I ordered two orders of Fajitas. One steak and one chicken. Order was picked up about 5:30pm... way before the dinner rush. The chicken and steak were both dry and the "extra chicken" we ordered for the fajitas was ground, and not the same as the original chicken. Everything was dry; almost like it was reheated, not fresh, the peppers/onions were extremely salty - pretty much inedible.
I picked up my food and walking inside the place felt unclean. There was no one in the restaurant, with one person eating outside. The floor had crumbs and stuff underneath multiple tables, with a few tables that were also dirty. The sauce bar needed attention also. Maybe it was a bad day, but we gave it a try and won't be back. We'll continue to make the drive to Zona...
