We took our 6-year-old daughter to Rowan at Dania Pointe for her very first ear piercings. The experience was wonderful from start to finish! The staff was so kind, patient, and professional. They carefully walked us through both options (needle or device) and explained the pros and cons of each. Even though our appointment was originally booked for the needle, they gave us the flexibility to switch to the device once we felt more informed.

The device option ended up being perfect—it was much quicker, uses a smaller needle, and means less healing time, which made the process easier and will be less stressful for our daughter. A few tears from being nervous but she was so proud of herself when they finished. She even got a “bravery certificate.” The only downside I would say is the price but she left smiling, and we left feeling reassured that we made the right choice.

As soon as I walked in the girl at the front desk was on her phone and not that welcoming. It felt like I was being a bother when I was so excited to get a piercing with my mom before my double at work. The website advertises walk in’s. So we didn’t think to make an appointment. I wanted a nose piercing originally but realized this place only offers ear piercings. So I decided to do a conch piercing. After being told to sign online, the girl tells me that there is no nurses that can offer conch piercings. How do you not have a nurse that offers conch piercings when it is something that you guys offer? Why can’t all the nurses there provide that service? I don’t know that’s just really weird to me.
