To start this review, I will first explain that my job is located 2 miles or less from this location. Today I placed an order for delivery which contained 3 items: chicken bowl, chips & queso and a Coca Cola. You would hope this would be simple enough and there should be no mistakes. I waited approximately 45 minutes for a driver from DoorDash by the name of Edeline to deliver only a chicken bowl! No chips & queso, no drink and no utensils whatsoever! The driver simply stood there, waiting for a tip. When he understood that part of the order was missing, he simply told me call back Chipotle and left. Not only was I missing two items out of the order, but I had no way of eating the one that was delivered. I called Chipotle to try and remedy the mistake: I spoke with someone who told me: "Well, there's nothing I can do, we use a third party delivery service, call your delivery driver back" I called the delivery driver back to ask him what happened to the rest of my order and he simply told me: "Oh, I forgot!" without any further implications. He wasn't going to even apologize, let alone return to Chipotle and see if he had left anything behind and deliver them to me. I then called Chipotle again and spoke with someone who claims to be a manager by the name of Troy. Regardless of his ability to fix the problem, he directed me to call corporate for a refund and a new order; allegedly, there was nothing he could do either. I then called corporate several times, but no one answered.
While I can understand occasional mistakes do happen, I have zero tolerance for carelessness and lack of urgency, to write it nicely. From Chipotle workers to delivery drivers of a third party company to a Chipotle manager, to corporate - absolutely nobody cared enough to lift one finger in this case. Let alone type some numbers and process a refund. This saddens and angers me and begs the question: had the tables switched, would they accept this poor treatment? Would they ever believe there is nothing anyone could do to fix an incomplete order delivered, without utensils, at that? Who is responsible for quality control? Does anyone double check orders before they are being taken out for deliveries? Does anyone understand the concept of quality? How about care? How about training? How can new employees be trained to be even more careless and care-free than this? How much worse can it get? This has passed any level of nonchalance, this is a complete and utter disregard not only to customers, but to themselves, since they seem to continue to work in this environment, thus perpetuating an infinite careless ring of employees.
Attached is a picture of what I received, for reference. Since there seems to be an impossibility to resolve this, I will help them: the transaction will be disputed under the reason of the products not having been delivered. Now, there should be one less problem - until Chipotle receives the dispute notification, that is. Then, they will be required to answer it. Presuming the same level of carelessness, all will be well. Regrettable, yet true. Sadly, it's not the first mishap, as they have a habit of delivering food without utensils. This concludes my experiences with Chipotle, be it in this location or any other. My two...
Read moreWow what an awful experience for the second time in a roll. I usually go to the other one in Sheridan more east and they’re are the BEST! I decided to go here because it’s closer to my house. It’s me my wife and my 4 kids we have a routing on going 3 times a week after soccer practice so wanted to give them my business but wow wow wow the worse service I have ever had by JONATHAN! Young spoiled lazy boy. I ordered my food then my wife’s then he kept asking me how much more your ordering rolling his eyes(like if his working for free) then I got my my sons tacos slamming the trays rushing me to order when it’s a big family so am spending $60-$80 dollars all the time. He was doing it so fast so sloppy he burly put any beans and I told him to please add more and he rolled his eyes again(be a man an grow up) no matter how many people go in you have to remember we are customer. We provide for your pay so treat us with respect and a smile. After you can go hide in the bathroom and cry but you know when you apply to chipolet is not a place to sleep is to work and serve others. I run a business and I make sure everyone has an amazing experience. Management needs to be attentive because I know this would’ve never happened if they’re around. Saturday 5:30 it was 7 of us including my kids, wife and mother which it was her first time she was shocked on the service he provided. I have my receipt and statements on how much I spend am not a one time customer so be careful whom you roll your eyes because I make noise to everyone is broward. I hope this is a private own chipolet because it it’s corporate then wow they need to really...
Read moreWorst Chipotle I've ever been to. The place was filthy. No one cared to clean off tables after customers or stock anything in the lobby area for customers. So everyone was getting their orders then going out to get their drinks and some of the pop was out and there was nothing else. So then every customer had to go back up to the register to get napkins, forks and any other things they needed which just caused all the customers to walk into each other. When I complained that it was ridiculous that they were unable to stock stuff and prevent this backup, a male employee got in my face and said we are busy. I said obviously but no more than any other chipotle EVER and that's not an excuse not to be able to stock. He asked me if I would like his job and I said excuse me, I'm a customer and he said I don't care you are complaining about us not doing our job so you try it, I said it literally just took you less than ten seconds to stock the silverware, no excuse. Then my husband walked up and said is there a problem here and the worker walked back up to do the register and NEVER STOCKED anything else. 🤦🏼. The employee was completely out of line and obviously thought he could talk to a female customer however he wanted until another man stepped in. Maybe Chipotle just doesn't like to serve women anymore. Oh and when we got back with our food, all the bags of chips we paid extra for were stale. $8 for chips and queso and the...
