This is highly disorganized and disrespectful place. I was driving through to get small drinks for refreshments after shopping in the Saturday afternoon. I found that they charged me 'two happy meals' instead of 'two sodas.' I went in the restaurant and showed them the reciept. The manager took the receipt and disappeared. (Nobody had apologized to me yet.) While I was waiting, the third clerk came to me and said 'So, you never had paid for your drinks!' How dare she? I never tried to steal food from them, and IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE! I asked her 'Are you a manager? And you are not even the one who had charged me wrong. In addition, you guys must apologize first to the customer for these inconvenience. Bring me the manager'. She scoffed at me very rudly and walked away. And then they started to talk in Spanish. When the manager came back to me finally, she handed me back one cancelled receipt and the other new receipt. And then she just stood there waiting for me to leave. Therefore I asked her 'Is there something you forget? At least you must say sorry to the customer for your mistake and for wasting my time. The manager just stared at me and my two children coldly, waiting for us to leave. Is it too much to expect any apologies in this situation? Read moreAt the busiest time in the late afternoon, the 1st thing I took note of was how incredibly understaffed this McDonald's location was (I should note that this is the only restaurant in the area). The drive thru was way too backed up, and when I went inside, there was only one person running TWO registers at the same time, as well as loading the trays with food. The French fries and butter milk chicken fingers were cold, and you could tell the oil has not been changed in some time. It is my opinion that the manager of this location was trying to cut cost, obviously at the expense of the consumer. I conversed with two other customers in line, and noticed their disgust concerning the situation, and one left. I think that this is an obvious situation of a manager who is not capable of balancing cost, quality, and customer satisfaction. I've seen the same situation on other occasions at this location. I could come off the street now, with no experience, and do a better job operating this store than the current manager (speaking from the human equation). Read moreI visited this McDonald’s yesterday at 7:30 pm on 4/16/24, WOW what a terrible experience, started off with ordering from the kiosk to eat inside the establishment. Ordered my food for sit down and wasn’t brought my meal to the table? So why advertise to sit and wait if and give me a table tent if I got to go get my food. Second off when I complained about the lack of service I get greeted very rudely by “Lisa” the store manager there short Latin red haired girl. When I asked for a refund wow she was extremely rude telling me I hate my life and that’s why I want to start problems, proceeded to call me fat and tell me I’m miserable and that’s why I eat McDonald’s. Can you imagine? There were others there watching this, I had to leave because of the embarrassment I had to endure just to get a receipt.
