Crumbl — Restaurant in Davie

My kids LOVE Crumbl and it’s just ok for me. Their cookies are way too sweet for my liking. Not to say I won’t try the different flavors or eat them. But I really limit my intake. Lol. So many locations nationwide.

The beauty of Crumbl marketing is they feature new flavors weekly! Everyone knows it and will check accordingly. Including my daughter who is OBSESSED!!!

Crumbl cookies range in pricing at about $5 for each cookie or you can get a 4-pack for $15. That’s how they get you. I was good and only got 2 today for kids only. They now offer mini cookies too which I love because the big cookies are way too big. Pricey cookies but some worth it and some not so much. Crumbl is a legit cookie cult! Lol.

She had to have the Blue Monster cookie featuring Chips Ahoy! This is her absolute favorite Crumbl cookie and she has been anticipating this arrival so here we are. She also would not share. Haha. I like that this cookie is served chilled. It was good. Fine.

We also got a simple Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chunk for other kids to share. I took a bite. Loved the dark chocolate square chips in this one. Probably my favorite cookie here next tot he Midnight Mint Chocolate cookie, which that flavor is my FAVE EVER!!! They have perfected that flavor and I have no shame in saying I like that one! So today I called this store at 325 pm to order 6 cookies for delivery. The order never showed up so I called the store to find out that Aaron the door dash “guy” is no where to be found and they will need to cancel the order. The girl on the phone tells me that I need to reorder the cookies because she can’t track the door dash orders. I ask for her name and her managers name several times and she tells me that for safety reasons she can’t give this information out. I reorder the cookies. I wait 30 minutes no cookies call the store and was told the door dash lady has arrived and has just picked the cookies up . I wait another 30 minutes call the store and a lady answer the phone “ hello” I said is this crumble she says I am sorry I can’t understand you I don’t speak that good of English. I ask her several times what happened to the cookies and she informed me that the door dash driver has canceled the order. I find this situation very odd in so many ways ( someone is scamming). Does not sound like someone is watching what is going on in this store. Very bad customer service . I never received cookies. I called my credit card and made sure I got my credit times two. Horrible customer service. First of everyone always has a nasty attitude at this location, I accidentally ordered one of my cookies wrong out of a 4 pack (the cookie was a regular cookie no up charge) I asked if they could please switch it and they responded that they couldn’t switch it because of their cookie count, only after the two girls working whispered to each other, the girl attending me said this with a nasty attitude and then the box was just slid to me on the counter. I’m a restaurant owner, so I understand inventory keeping and that it was my mistake…. HOWEVER I have ordered several times for pick up and delivery and when I order something that they are sold out of and have not updated on their platforms yet, they send me and in person give me whatever else they have, that I didn’t order. So what about their cookie count then? It’s okay if it’s at their convenience but not if the customer honestly made a mistake. I came in on the 5th of May at, 7:15PM, if the manager cares to check who was was working that shift. I should’ve just refused the order and asked for a refund.
