We held a welcome party for our wedding weekend at Dayton Pins on 8/9/25 and I am SO glad we did!! The staff is seriously phenomenal—my husband and I were socializing the whole night but the servers (Bryan, Ty, Josie, Brandon, Braden, and Winnie) took it upon themselves to keep an eye on our drinks and replenish them whenever they got low, which was extremely helpful! One server offered to go on a wild goose chase to find my purse amongst the chaos lol. They were all sooo kind to us and our guests. They also stayed in constant communication with us the whole night, keeping us updated on the bar tab every 30 minutes or so! Our guests RAVED about the space and picturesque view of the baseball game that was going on! Everyone continued to talk about Pins throughout the weekend; they had a blast! I really can’t imagine a better space for both kids and adults to have a good time. There are three Pins locations here in Columbus, but the Dayton location is—hands-down—the best one. Already can’t wait to go back! Would absolutely recommend hosting any event—big or small—here. The exceptional service and views are worth...
Read moreJust got back from Pins and i cant wait to tell everyone how much they need to check it out! I went with my ten-year-old. I wasnt sure what to expect since they dont serve food - i was a little worried kids wouldnt be welcome. However, that shiny slide was just too tempting so we gave it a shot and rode our bikes down there right around opening time when it wouldn't be too busy. I was worried for nothing - the whole team made us feel so welcome. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, and the games were SO much fun. The shaved ice was delicious and yes - the slide was great! It doesnt get hot in the sun, either. We ended up staying much longer than i thought, and it was pretty busy by the time we left. They have a nice drink menu, half-off specials every weeknight, and food trucks on weekends. Otherwise, you can order food or bring your own. We will definitely be back and we are glad Pins chose...
Read moreGreat concept, but either be in the entertainment or parking business. $18.67 to park is extreme, there was a dragons game going on and people where parking in the lot to go to the game which left no spots for someone who wants to come to this establishment to park. Had to circle many times before a spot came open. So either get into the parking business or limit parking to people who want to support pins, almost went someplace else because of this. $18 parking is extreme and everything inside is pay to play. Got the frozen slushy drinks, little to no taste and waited 35 mins for 4 drinks to come at $10 each. A lot of staff walking around not knowing whats going on. Again great concept but execution was not there. Might try again but probably not unless some things...
