Asked for a banana split and told the cashier I did not want chocolate syrup, nor the toppings of cherries or pineapple which she said it came with. I asked her if I can also add peanuts to it and she said it had already came with it so I said okay. When I received this part of my order, the banana split had the chocolate syrup and cherries and did not have the peanuts; I also felt the ice cream was very very running I expected it to be a bit running since she said they had no soft serve, which was fine with me, but it was a bit too much. I went up to ask one of the workers for the peanuts that I asked for and she told me it does not come with it and I responded with that the cashier told me it did come with it. When she eventually brought them out, she said ânext time tell them that you want to add itâ and I said âI did tell herâas if I didnât already tell her that prior to getting them. She responded with âsheâs stupid she doesnât know,â as in referring to the girl who took our order. I found this very unprofessional the way this was handled. We also had a large order, and my partner asked for a sundae; he was the last one to get his item because they forgot about it given that we noticed people who came after us were already receiving their order and his was the only thing we needed. After telling one of the workers, thatâs when they started to barely make it. Seems like a lot of young people are the ones who are working here and overall based on my experience, they need more training on customer service/ interaction, communication amongst each other, organization, and keeping the place clean. What inspired me to take time out to actually leave a review was the unmatched service. When I walked in for the first time, it was busy as hell and it was obvious the employees were handling a lot, I was still greeted by Farah with a warm welcome and calm smile, as if it actually was her pleasure to serve and not some passive statement. She could tell I was lost in the menu and it wasnât long before she started naming off best sellers and personal recommendations, and proceeded to ask me what kind of things I liked so she could better assist. I was getting anxious because the line was getting long but she patiently helped me like I was her only customer and nothing mattered more to her than me in that moment. PRICELESS ETIQUETTE AND ENERGY. you actually cannot teach someone or train an employee to have this type of innate behavior. As she effortlessly helped what seemed to be a million people, Fatima fulfilled the orders with effortless grace. They smiled the entire time, even when some customers deserved a punch to the throat for sure. These girls are outstanding and I hope God returns their beautiful gestures infinite fold.
