Very disappointing and dissatisfying.......

I have been coming to this location for years now, mainly when I don't really want to drive farther for the real good places because the good sushi spots are not in my city, Osushi is right down the block. Amazing places I tend to visit are ajishin, Noble fish, Ronin etc.

We walked in 9:05pm, was greeted with attitude and rudeness right off the bat. Lady "host" at the counter said "go sit by the window" rude and inconsiderately. They close at 10 pm so I had plenty of time to not be that last minute customer.

We were then treated with attitude by the server. I was also rushed to order and they just kept looking at my table. I was with my wife and they made us really uncomfortable. Then we ordered and as soon as the food came at 9:25pm. Another waiter, a man then forced the check on my table and we weren't even two bites into the food. This is 9:30pm now and they close at 10! I payed and then if their BS antics weren't enough they just kept hovering by, TWO servers staring at my table, my direction, and at us akwardly...and looking at the check non stop.... waiting to be signed because I payed by card. They then had the nerve to say "can u sign it we are closing the register" at 9:30pm

More and more I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and the service was absolutely horrible. I finally confronted them about it, explaining how unprofessional it was...that a restaurant like that should have a code. The unprofessional loser, laughed. He laughed more, then I put him in place and he got red and walked away.

People have no chill. Like seriously if your not happy with what you do and you put your negative bad vibes on innocent customers. FIND A NEW JOB!

Food was mediocre and not even worth it. Overall very dissatisfied and will never come back again. I urge anyone debating to go here just go to the next place...drive the extra mile. Hey Kabuki across the street is better. Trying to contact manager for the very uncomfortable experience but haven't...

Do not order here if you are a vegetarian! They put fish in their tofu. Wasted our money! There is nothing about it on the menu. Just surprise fish mixed in with your food. Disgusting!!! It was called Tofu Agedashi. The description in the menu says: Tofu with vegetable broth. Nothing about Seafood! As someone who has not eaten meat in over 20 years and having two vegetarian children, this is extremely irresponsible and careless of a ‘business’. When we called to inquire, they were very rude and they also hung up on us. There are many other places in the area that are much better. Don’t waste your money here. *Had to edit because the owner is accusing me of lying and claiming I ordered something completely different. Very sad to see a business owner behave this way over something that is so disturbing to me and my family. Please read the horrible response underneath before patronizing this place. Imagine being a vegetarian and having vegetarian children ( one of which has never eaten meat) and ordering a tofu dish and finding fish in it. I go to a lot of restaurants and tofu is for vegetarians… it never comes with fish. This was traumatizing and DISGUSTING. What makes it worse is the careless attitude of staff and this rude owner shaming me for my experience. I am only trying to help people in the future make informed decisions. AWFUL customer service. I was treating my mother to sushi on mother's day. when we walked in and said hello the "host" just looked at us. She asked us dryly how many, then waved to an area, didn't tell us which table. After being dismissed we sit down and at least 8 minutes go by with no menu, and no server to take our drink orders. I had to get up and FIND a menu. minutes later I flag down a server and ask for more menus.we shouldn't have waited that long but our mom wanted sushi. So a different lady comes by to ask our drinks. Shortly after, she comes back because she forgot what we wanted. Meanwhile the table that came in after us was ALREADY eating. The lady came back and puts the drinks on our table without addressing us, then promptly left. No straws while others had them. At this point we're getting ready to leave. She comes back and tells us we can't tell her our order, we have to write it on a sheet. I asked if entrees were on the sheet, she said yes. They were not. We then sat there for another 10 minutes because my mother was patient. I was not. The place was not crowded, they had 3 servers, 4 chefs behind the line, and as a manager at a restaurant establishment I KNOW they had ample time to serve us. One of the ladies literally sat down and talked to some guy for a little bit. I have never been treated so poorly a restaurant. Do not come here unless you want...
