I hate going to this Wendy’s. Worst customer service, and their mobile order system just does not work. Wendy’s has an option for a preloaded card on the app, and every time I use that to order there they say the payment failed. Today I showed them that my card was in fact charged and the lady said, “ you need to replace your order, we can’t do it in here.” Well I checked again, saw that not only was I already charged, but that the coupon I had used was taken away. I told her I could not place the same order because of it and she threw my frostys and soda at me, almost making me drop the two frostys and said, “we don’t have time for you, we won’t do this again”. I told her I didn’t know what I was doing wrong and she just closed the window in my face. I have worked many jobs, Popeyes, kohl’s, michaels, and I never treated a customer like this when our systems have the problem. I have told them about this issue before and they obviously haven’t fixed it. I use my preloaded card at the Wendy’s in Ross and Colerain and never have any issues. If they weren’t the closest Wendy’s to where I work now, I wouldn’t go back. Well actually, the lady basically said I’m not welcome back so I guess I’ll have to go to McDonald’s now...

The food and service were terrific, and it's not the staff's fault that the restaurant looks like a DMV waiting room or a bus terminal. The decor choices fall squarely on corporate decisions. Wendy's started out looking like a cozy dining room, leaded glass lamps, chairs with cushioning, carpeted floors and wall decor that was warm and friendly. The current unfortunate trend (and McDonald's is even more guilty of this) is stark, bleak, and bereft of conviviality with cool toned hard surfaces everywhere. It's like something out of the nightmares of an Ikea designer. And with their prices of $15 for a hamburger combo meal, they could afford to add some warmth to the atmosphere! (This same combo was $9 just two years ago) Again, the service was great, and folks working there were hard at work making fresh and flavorful food, it's not their fault they have such drab and depressing environs in which to work

got brought back wendys food from this location. they cheated me , filled my large chili that i ordered with one scoop of it, and that’s how much they put in the small ones. so they basically gave me a small chili in a bigger cup. i’m not going to complain about my fries because i know the food took awhile to get to my house and every angry customer argues about the fries, in wendy’s defense they are always served fresh. but i’m just disappointed that i got my chili how i got it. and they forgot to put a spoon in there , thought i’d mention that. also if you’re wondering how i know all this , i work at a wendys myself. but yet again i didn’t like how i got my chili. but hey at least i got food so 3 stars

Interstate Business Solutions is a newly contracted company who now has crews cleaning up litter off the highways of the greater Cincinnati area. Along with male carriers, police, ODOT workers, we often depend on local restaurants and gas stations to patron their businesses for food, drink and restroom relief. We appreciate and happily respect the opportunity to do so. Approximately 2:15pm on Thursday July 28th, my crew were convening in the parking lot to wrap up the day. A few co-workers went into this location to use the facilities ahead of me. As I approached the door, 2 of the Wendy's staff members were locking the door and directing me to go around to the drive thru for service. My mission was 2 fold; use the facilities and also getting a 3 patty baconator burger and fries. Needless to say that didn't happen that day. The coworkers that actually did make it in heard the manager say, "Lock the doors. They are gonna mess up the restrooms". Our company cleans up the highways all day, and the last thing we are going to Do is trash a restaurants restroom. We depend on these restraunts I reiterate.

So very disheartening to be turned away and being...

Me and my sister stopped to try Wendy's breakfast menu. She had the #4 meal - honey butter chicken biscuit sandwich with home fries and a medium coke. I was driving, so I ordered the sausage egg and cheese breakfast burrito. We both loved their home fries! In fact they are so delicious that Wendy's should dump their fries that they serve during lunch and dinner and totally serve those all day long! Way better than their fries! My sister said her breakfast sandwich was delicious, moist and tasted more like maple syrup and butter, rather than honey and butter and that's just fine for her, as she doesn't really like the taste of honey. On the other hand, my burrito - the burrito tortilla was a bit dry, and the scrambled eggs were not moist, but kinda like a stiff spongy texture, like as if they were over cooked. There was no cheese until I was near the end of the breakfast burrito, so that means the cheese was not evenly distributed when the...
