Like another reviewer, I would give negative stars if I could. Actually, Domino's owes me stars.
Ordered from them and the delivery driver gave us the wrong pizza. No problem, everyone makes mistakes, they'll give us the correct one. Boy how wrong I was. Called them back and notified them of the issue. Then they ask ME to bring the wrong order back and get the correct one. No apology, no "oh we will get that corrected." Nothing. Guy on the phone says they'll bring me my pizza but I will have to give them back the wrong one. Fine with me, I didn't want that one anyways.
Call back a second time because by now it has been an hour since I ordered. Same guy answers the phone and I press him on where the delivery driver is. "He is ten minutes away." I say okay great. If he doesn't show up in ten minutes I will call back.
I give him some grace and call back 15 minutes later for a THIRD time. Different guy answers the phone this time and is very helpful, but he tells me that the replacement order (for the actual pizza I ordered) was never put in the system. I said "so does that mean the pizza isn't coming?" Guy on the phone says, "it appears that way." So I ask the new guy, "so the other guy lied to me? The pizza was never coming?" New guy says, "it appears so."
So beware future Domino's customers of this location. This location might mess up. This location might try to cover up their mess up. This location might lie directly to you. Is that an establishment you want to go to? One where the employees just straight up lie to the customers?
If the francisee is reading this - do better. This falls on you. Shameful from Domino's. Except the second guy on the phone....

When the boy got here, his lackadaisical attitude about him forgetting the receipt and our paramesan bites were frustrating. His solution since "our food was already here." was to have the store remove the bites from our order. I said that our food wasn't all here and I ordered specifically from Dominos to get the bread bites. I've had delivery boys forgot things from multiple places, always apologetic and I would always say it was no big deal. This boy's lack of customer service and consideration was the worst.
So I called the store. After being on hold for over 7 mins, multiple people picked up, no introductions or "thanks for calling dominos" or whatever the corporate mandated greeting is supposed to be from anyone. Finally get the manager. I think? He didn't tell me his name or even offer an apology. I understand it's dinner time and they're probably busy, I even offer up the excuse that We're a little far from the store. Nothing. The only response he gave me was "so did you want your food or store credit?" I would have liked my food and a receipt, maybe some kind of apology. The manager was far less empathetic than the driver. This store is severely lacking in any kind of customer service training. This isn't the first time we've got this service from this store. I honestly don't know if the food will ever fully arrive. At this point I'm just frustrated and wonder if these people...

Online system changed my order to 2 Pan pizzas instead of thin crust and Parmesan bread bites had no Parmesan or Gallic sauce. Called the store and she told me itās not their fault and that they are losing money because I ordered the wrong pizzas. What about my time that got wasted or that I have been ordering the same things from the same store for the past year and I have never once ordered anything but thin crust pizza. So she decided to blame me for ordering the wrong thing rather than just check my order history ? I have spent thousands of $$$ at dominos, with ordering for work as well as me and now this store has lost all of my companyās and my business. Thanks for treating me like I was in the wrong or even worse, a grifter. Customer service at its best right here folks !
Edit: Before I got my right order, Manager called to ask me my add and I confirmed and she called to inquire about my 1 star review, now not sure if anything is going to happen to my food before I receive it or if Iām even going to get it ?
Edit 2: Two hrs since Manager called pretending to confirm add when she only wanted to know about my 1 star review, havenāt received rectified order or comms about a cancellation or refund. So here goes my 1st Credit card dispute since forever because of 1 single Incompetent Dominoās employee. Thanks for your amazing customer...
