Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Delaware

Around an hour ago, I went to get some ice and custard for three of my children after summer camp pickup due to the heat. We had order the first 3 of the going to be 4 items in total. No one had been in line behind us for most of our time waiting. While one of the children was deciding for our last and 4th item, a woman who had not been waiting behind us very long asked the person working at the counter if she could order while my last child to order decided. The person working there agreed so I just left after asking the other customer why she was so impatient. Very disappointed. I ordered a Concrete with chocolate ice cream, peanutbutter sauce, and reeses peanutbutter cups. Our server was very nice, but she was extremely distracted by someone in the line behind me. There was barely any peanutbutter cup pieces and I think she forgot the peanutbutter sauce all together. Highly recommend using the app for points! Was able to use my birthday reward for a free small water ice. This location is super busy but they have a decent sized staff so from the moment we got in line, it probably only took 6 or 7 minutes! I got a small ice and a large gelati.
