Rocko's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Delta Charter Township

How the hell does this place have 4.7? Ignorant people, that's how? Here was my family's experience:

Food was just okay. Nothing noteworthy. We got a burger, nachos, and a wrap with their smoked Mac and cheese side. Mac and cheese was not good. Fries were good. Burger okay, wrap meh. None of it was great. Not horrible but I could have made better food at home EASILY.

Waitress seemed nice but very harried and forgot stuff even though it was slow. Brought me a cocktail that could have knocked out a rampaging elephant which I guess is good but it tastes like pure whiskey, lol. I had to ask for a side of Coke/Pepsi to make it semi palatable.

The atmosphere is obviously loud and obnoxious. Not knocking any points off for that but for my money I'd much rather go to West Side Tavern or some other hole in the wall with better food and cheaper prices, and a more relaxed/tolerable atmosphere.

Service is SLOW. Horribly inexcusably slow.

Very unimpressed by the horrible service and lack of food & beverage I received today. I came in around 1pm to watch the Pistons game and there were two other tables in the restaurant with a ton of staff standing around. I had a coupon for a free appetizer with a purchase of an entree, that I wanted to use. The server was unable to confirm what qualified as an entree and was unwilling to check with the manager. She seemed very unconfident with her answer and said the $25 pizza or $30 worth of wings didn't qualify as an entree. That fact that she was unwilling to check with her manager left a sore taste in my mouth. I no longer wanted food and just ordered a beer to continue to watch the game. She forgot about my beer and twenty minutes passed before she came back to check on me. I told her I never received my beer and she tried to blame it on the bartender when I’ve watched all the other servers deliver their own drinks. I told her that I no longer wanted the beer and left.
