My problem is not with food it is with the to go service. I go to pick up my food after placing an order online, walk up to counter closest to where food is waiting while making sure to not block the cashier stand for walk in customers. Every employee sees me and then avoids making any eye contact after or asks me If I need help with anything or have a to go order. Today after waiting 8 minutes while standing there staring at my food bagged behind the counter and trying to not cause a scene while the cashier is ringing people up, after someone checked out and the cashier was unoccupied I finally said excuse me sir, ignored. I said it again this time louder, now he finally made eye contact with me so I said is that my food and he looked at the bag and said yes then finally handed it to me. I don't understand why they blatantly ignore customers who are clearing picking up food, even if my order wasn't ready yet which it was before I even walked in 8 minutes prior they could still ask so they know who to give it to once it is complete. There was also like 7 people behind counter only 4 of which were occupied and all of them saw me then avoided acknowledging me. Jersey mikes needs to start a pick up shelf like every other place that offers to go orders because this is ridiculous and honestly deters me from eating...

The young man at the counter was engaged in conversation with a customer who had already checked out while there was a line . The man behind me tried to get his attention to ask him about his Togo order, as there was an order sitting on the cabinet behind this young man however was not acknowledged at all. Finally customer stepped forward and pointed to the bag behind the employee as he was still talkihg to previous customer who had already checked out. The young man was so very disrespect, rude and dismissive of the customer and pretty much mocked him stating "I don't know what you're pointing to, our food , the cabinet, what?!" Then myself n another customer stated the Togo order behind you!He then proceeds to get the bag , hand it to the man without asking his name and says " next time try using your words, I don't speak that!!" All the while never making eye contact with this customer but instead looking so annoyed and at other customers as if he were entertainingus at the expense of this man. This was completely unacceptable, disrespectful, disgusting and I was shocked! I will not be returning...

The first round of sandwiches took about 15 minutes to get made , despite there only being one person in line ahead of us. When we got to our car and unwrapped them, we realized they had confused our topping and sauces. We went back in and told them and they said they’d remake them. We waited over 5 minutes (no one in line), watching them take painfully long to slice 5 different types of meat for a to go order, rather than rushing to correct their mistakes with our sandwiches.
