I've been here twice now. First time I ordered an egg potato cheese burrito. The thing dripped with oil. Literally. It's like they dumped the oil they fried the potatos with in the burrito as well.... Anyway, that was a couple months ago. I was by there again today for work so I decided to give it another shot... HUGE mistake. I ordered a bacon breakfast burrito. I pay a little over 4 dollars... And by the time I make it back to my vehicle it's already leaked grease all over my coat..... So Anyway I open it and take a couple bites... Wondering where the bacon is... Finally I taste bacon fat and have to spit it out.... I decide to open the burrito and look for the bacon and find nothing but chopped up pieces of bacon fat. That's it. No bacon, whatsoever. So I took it back in and showed the same woman who took my order. I told her I don't normally do thisbut I'm extremely disappointed... I will never return to this place nor will I recommend it. Unless you like...
Read moreI both love and hate living right next to Araujos; love it because it's so good and the service is top notch and personable, but hate it because I wan't to go all of the time and spend all of my money there!! Their breakfast burritos are always served up quick with a welcoming 'good morning' and smile. I would consider their burritos some of the best in Denver! They actually have texture and you can tell what you're eating, they're not just a pile of mush like others. It's definitely a hidden gem and theres even a Santiagos across the street that I now refuse to go to. So if you're in the area, give them a try.
Also, their fajitas are some of the best l've ever had. The portion is absolutely huge for what you pay for, could easily be split between two people. Salsa is also way better than Santiagos. So a great all-around meal!
And I've heard they have a great happy hour I still need...
Read moreIt was my 1st time at this place and I ordered 2 sausage egg and potato breakfast burritos... With hot chili.
Got to work and ate my burritos and to my surprise the burritos did NOT have any sausage in it
I called and asked to speak to a manager and I was told that there's wasn't one present therefore, I explained my dilemma to the person on the phone.
She simply replied, that's why they cost $3.25 the sausage is precooked into the egg and potato and it gets served and if you want extra meat you have to pay for it. Basically, she said, you get what you get for $3 25
1st and last time I ever order from here. Poor customer service and a shame, I hope management reads their reviews and corrects this injustice of the sausage breakfast burrito...
