This place is racist no other way to put it! I went today for a sunday funday and was greeted at the door with a security guard telling me that me no Jordan’s? My $1500 Jordan sneakers can not get in, because as of 8:30 pm last night they no longer allow Jordan’s or Timberland boots in their bar. We all know who wears Jordan’s and Timberline boots. If you do not want POC just say that. No need to sugar coat it. They were sure to let anyone who was wearing a pair of $40 dusty vans in. They were not allowing shorts on a Sunday funday in 65 degree weather for people of color. But there are pictures and videos of tons of non-people of color in with the same items. I can understand a dress code especially one that is applied to everyone equally and one that doesn’t target excluding specific races of people. The dress code is not posted on their site or in the building. Why? Because they like to only apply it to certain people when they want. Tell me a difference between Adidas, Jordan’s, Van’s, Ugg boots or Timb’s other than the person wearing them? Nothing because they are all sneakers/boots. I hope this bar fails! I don’t want to hear anything about well it’s from Scottsdale and how it is there. Colorado has a very different demographic of people from there and a not so hateful record. Discrimination is never okay. Update: This was The Riot Hospitality Group -Whiskey Row Staffs response to people feeling discriminated against at their bar. Disgusting!

Large corporate bar with the wildly inaccurate claim of having the latest happy hour on the block. (Brother's, literally next door, runs theirs until 8pm ) Happy hour includes the usual inexpensive options, like artichoke dip and pretzel bites for half off. The draft list is focused on American domestics, but does include a handful of Odell, DBC, and other large Colorado brews. Atmosphere is more concert hall than bar, with live music most nights. They sign on the entry warns of a dress code, presumably for the late night crowd, as the bartenders all had exposed midriffs. Decor includes an inexplicable Harley sportster in the middle of the bar between the taps, and the far wall features mismatched speakers and gigantic pictures of models wearing Dierks Bently branded clothing. Pros: live music, cheap domestic beers during happy hour Cons: mediocre mixed drinks, boring menu, and that scummy feeling you get from visiting a place with sexualized employees

First time here, came for lunch before a Rockies game. Made online reservations for 5 expecting to be busy before the game. Arrived to empty restaurant? On ground floor and was told to go upstairs. Walked upstairs to bar area? And stood. Waited almost 5 min while 5 employees stood at bar looking at me and did nothing but talk and look at me. Finally sometime walked over and asked it I needed help. I said I'm here to check in and she said sit where you want, didn't seem to care about online check in. After we ordered, food was fairly quick and pretty good both chicken and Waffles and summer time breakfast burrito. Inside was definitely set up for evening party group. Seating was a bit different, outside seating benches were torn up. Do not use the bathroom. Again do not use. Both bathrooms have strong smell of urine and dozens of flies.

The security guy treated women like trash!!

Last night, February 24, around 11pm, me and my group of my 4 girlfriends were dancing when we got approached by a female employee. She asked if we wanted to go to the vip area because that were a man alone and wanted people with him. We were hesitant at first but we agreed since we were celebrating my sisters birthday and we thought that it would fun. He offered us drinks and we were all dancing having a good time. When we told the man that we were married he became aggressive and extremely disrespectful, shouting and cussing us. We obviously left and went dancing in front of the DJ area which was relatively close to where the man were. That wasn’t enough for him. He paid a male security guard to make us leave for accepting his drinks and being married. We tried to pay for bottle service too but were refused. A male security guard, white and blonde, in his late 20s our early 30s kicked us out of the bar yelling at us for no reason because we were being compliant and not disrupting anything or anybody, we were simply dancing among ourselves. Instead of being protected by him we were afraid of him. Me and my friends have never been disrespected like this. We have left reviews and will post what happened on social media. Other women need to know what happens inside this bar. We feel like if a man can pay for your security man to kick us out because we told him we were married, that means your security is complicit with other forms of male abuse. It’s unbelievable and unacceptable that in 2023 women are still treated this way for say no. It should have been obvious to us that women are not respected in that establishment when female workers need to show their bodies to attract clientele. We would not make that mistake again and will make sure that that other women don’t make it too.

I've never been disrespected by staff in a place where I was paying to be at. I'm still in complete shock and repulsed. It's unbelievable that in 2023 man still use their gender to mistreat and disrespect women. This has never happened to me before. I will not return and always tell what happened to me to the women...

I purchased tickets for the Mimosa Fest that was held at Dierks. I was so excited. I am a Colorado native and have not been to the location since it was Lodos. I had high hopes for this place. We had a party of three. With our tickets for the mimosa fest, we received three vouchers for three mimosas each. It was packed, there was no place to sit. When purchasing the tickets it does disclose that seating is first come first serve. I completely can comprehend that. My party and I decided to head to the middle of the space, where the bar is located. I was INCREDIBLY disappointed with the lack of acknowledgment from the bartenders. We waited over 30 minutes for a drink. We had multiple bartenders who did not check in, acknowledge, give us a thumbs up, or anything. They all made direct eye contact with me and looked away. While working in customer service industry for over ten years, I get it. I understand lack of staffing, being busy, it is easy to over look customers. I felt completely ignored. There was a point where the bartenders were going out of their way to ignore my party. So disrespectful and disappointing. Once getting our first drinks we walked around, the location was clean. I enjoyed the beer pong, corn hole space and outdoor seating area. We where able to get three seats at the bar. We used the remainder of the tickets for mimosas, ordered additional drinks, and breakfast. The food we had was okay. It was a good wait time (understandable due to how busy it was for the event.) My food was cold. I asked for sunny side up eggs and sausage. I got scrambled eggs and bacon. By this point it was just comical and I just ate my food. For me the lack of communication from the bartenders was my biggest concern. Some acknowledgment such as “I’ll be right with you.” “Hey there are 6 people ahead of you” SOMETHING. I just got looked at and dismissed. Then, when others were getting helped when my party and I were waiting much longer? Overall, I will be starting a campaign to...

RHG STRIVES TO PROVIDE UNIQUE SOCIAL EXPERIENCES FOR EVERY PATRON, FEEL CONNECTED TO THE NEIGHBORHOODS THAT ARE HOME TO RHG LOCATIONS, AND UPHOLD AN IMPECCABLE REPUTATION BY PROVIDING AMAZING FOOD AND DRINK IN TRULY INVITING AND ELECTRIC ATMOSPHERES. RHG’S COMMITMENT TO EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE, ENERGETIC ENTERTAINMENT, AND CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBLY IS SECOND TO NONE.

RHG IS COMMITTED TO CREATING UNIQUE AND MEANINGFUL EXPERIENCES FOR EVERY GUEST. THE COMPANY IS COMPRISED OF PEOPLE WHO BELIEVE IN LEADING BY EXAMPLE, AND THEIR PASSION IS FUELED BY A DEDICATION TO CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT, PHILANTHROPIC TIES IN THE COMMUNITY, AND A STRONG COMMITMENT TO TRUE HOSPITALITY.

Read the reviews for this location, Riot House, any of their locations. You will notice a common practice, similar experiences from different states. They Financially Assault people, take advantage of intoxicated or overly intoxicated individuals! Legally rob people! Go to any other bar/club in the LoDo area, it's the exact same. Top 40 Spotify playlists, Bottle service (be weary of being taken advantage of) is sold as this lavish experience. Due to the fact Market St Bars/Clubs being on a downward spiral for years now, hell the whole LoDos entertainment district is declining... The options are limited, View House isn't the power house it once was. This is the only reason this place is even remotely relevant, it's the shiny new toy! There's no "WOW" factor! The "Guests" experience is the furthest thing from their minds. You're not even viewed as a guest, you're a customer! 711 has customers, hamburger stands have customers... True hospitality mentality is the people that enter your establishment are Guests! Lip service 101! There's not really a lot of options to go enjoy yourself and let off steam. However S Broadway and Rino have a bit better of service and bang for your buck! 5 Years or less, RHG won't be a thing in Denver anymore. 7 years RHG is in bankruptcy and Whiskey Row will be another ghost...
