What do I do now that I’ve found the bakery of my dreams in Denver? 😫

We happened upon Hearth since it was so close to where we were staying. I'm so happy that we did! We ordered a Cortado, a Drip Coffee, and a hearty selection of pastries. After we picked about 4 of the baked goods, the lovely staff offered us a few extra! We ended up leaving with the Maple-Pear Pecan pastry, Brownie, Monkey Bread, Chocolate Chip Cookie, Raspberry Crumble Scone, Gingerbread Tea Cake, Chocolate Croissant and another pastry that I didn't catch the name of. The dough for all of the pastries was flaky and buttery, not dense at all. It honestly rivaled pastries I tried in France. The brownie is rich, fudgy, and not too sweet - leans more towards a dark chocolate flavor, very balanced. I'm looking forward to trying everything we brought home... no doubt it will all be fantastic! We will be returning every morning of our stay here. On top of all of the other perks.... this coffee shop is very sustainable. Locally sourced ingredients which they bake themselves, glass cups-- including to-go-- and a partnership with a Denver local coffee roaster for their beans.

Hearth has become a weekly staple for us since we found them at a farmers market earlier this summer. I have high standards for baked goods and these are legit. My favorites are the pumpkin muffins and sourdough loaf - we’ve also tried the raspberry scone and lemon pound cake and loved those. The bagels (can’t yet purchase in store, only at farmers market stand) can be inconsistent / sometimes too overdone, but when you get a good batch, they’re really great. I grew up right outside NYC so I am picky about my bagels. These are among the best bagels I’ve found outside NYC so far. Thanks Hearth!

I have never thought of writing a complaint review about this coffee shop, one of my ā€œwould go toā€ and recommend friends to come. I have been here at least 6-7 times. Got the vanilla oat milk latte in a jar and sometimes pastries. I love the drink, it’s the perfect level for me. I was nice for sure, LGBT friendly, I gave tips after any order. However, there is the service that makes me feel uncomfortable. I am just unsure, whether or not I did something to the man who works there impolite behavior that made him doesn’t like me. I didn’t care much last time that’s why I came back but this is the second time I got this from him. Which made me feel really uncomfortable and I had to leave. Also, it’s okay if the staff don’t say bye or thank you to me, but literally, they did to everyone, except me. Or just...

Hearth got my wife pregnant. We stopped here before every IVF procedure at my wife’s request and it was the perfect drink/pastry/spirit pick-me-up, and we swear it was the key to pregnancy success.

Perfect coffee shop. The baked goods are worth the visit alone, I think we’ve tried them all and can’t pick a subpar one, wife loves white chocolate raspberry scone and morning bun, I love almond croissant, and you MUST get their jambon sandwich if you’re lucky enough that they have it when you visit. Coffee is A+, my wife loves their oat milk lavender latte. Vibe is great and even the cups they use are cool. And to top it off, the most friendly and genuine baristas ever, can’t say enough about Pam and Maria in particular who brighten our day every...
