Itās rare that I leave a negative review. It has to be pretty bad in order for me to do this. The only reason that Iām giving it 1 is because of the two ladies who work usually in the afternoon do a fantastic job. Others I would give it no stars if I could. This place is never open or if it is, itās poorly staffed. I came in this morning around 8 AM and the woman there said she wasnāt open yet because the opener didnāt show up. I went back at 12:30 and the person who was there was no longer there and the Starbucks was closed. Either she walked out or that was the shortest shift ever. Iāve actually walked out before because there was literally what seemed to be a homeless man working behind the counter. God forbid you have any allergies because this man was using the same dirty cup to mix every drink in. The place was filthy. More often than not this place is closed when I come in. Itās convenient because itās two blocks away from my office. I used to be a regional operations manager for a very well-known yoga chain. When people didnāt show up I would go in. That was a part of my job. I never see any management come in and help these poor people working here, providing anyone actually shows up. If they did maybe they would work a little harder at staffing and consistency. Starbucks makes plenty of money, thereās absolutely no reason that management should not show up in lieu of their staff not arriving. I am a firm believer and leading by example. This Starbucks is the absolute worst and itās clear that they have no management. Starbucks you need to step it up. Youāre a terrible example of leadership...
