McDonald's — Restaurant in DeSoto

My reciet # 1361 11-12-2022 @ 11:47 pm I ordered a Big-Mac extra value meal with large 🍟 & large sprite plus 2 Mac-Ribs with no 🥒 no onions but add Mac sauce. To me that was a simple order. The cashier scan my 💳 & pulled up to next window. When I received my order it was all wrong. They gave me a bag with 2 large 🍟 two large sprites one big-mac & one regular mac-rib. I pull up and checked my order to find out it was wrong. I had to get back in a longer line in drive-thu just to explain my order was wrong. After the haggling I asked if I just simply give the order back & get the original order. The order was corrected but they did not give me a receipt back or even correct the payment to reflect the transaction. So I ask for a receipt so I could do survey. I feel as though they took two things form me. FIRST MY TIME SECOND MY MONEY. They did not correct the payment to reflect my order and I was charged extra for something I didn't order. Tired of haggling so left. I am a consumer who chooses to come to your establishment for meal to feed my family. If you can't handle that without stealing from customers & wasting their time. Shut it down....

I can only offer my opinion as a Dasher picking up orders, as I have never actually came here as a customer.

This McDonalds is amazing when it comes to Door Dash orders. The line may get long, but they move quickly, so waiting time is usually minimal.

They always have the order ready to go when you get there, I've never had a customer complain about anything missing, and the biggest reason of all is that they ALWAYS get the order.

Every other McDonald's, that I regularly pick up orders from, has had ongoing issues with "not getting the order" and/or their "system being down". Well this McDonalds shows that it is possible to not have these alleged issues with Door Dash orders, and makes me wonder what is really going on with the other McDonalds allegedly having so many issues.

This store, the managers, and employees are on point and I love it. The other McDonalds stores could learn a thing or two from this one. Great work guys and thank you for helping make my job a...

I went to several Mikey D's For the perfect make of a caramel frappe but seems like there's not enough caramel or not enough whipped cream..so I tried to ask if you could make sure you put the right amount and we still got (cheated) DONT WANT EXTRA JUST WOULD LIKE IT MADE RIGHT ,LIKE NOT ONe OR TWO tIMES...AND SOME OF YALL NEED TO PAY LOT MORE ATTENTION TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER ORDER..BECAUSE WHO HATES TO GET OUT your VEHICLES AND COME IN AFTER you had PAID FOR WHAT YOU ORDER AND ITS NOT CORRECT.....IJS🤓...AND THIS WHAT I keep seeing At a FEW OF THESE MC.Donalds SPOTS threw out...🤗😇🧐...so now that your asking .. this just reminded how the other mc Donald's been doing just within this 2weeks of visiting..cause my friend/family go there like every day..we been to some McDonald's ..and to be honest I don't eat at McDonald's ..mayb a drink. &NO BEEF against them🙏🙏😇 .BUT THE KIDS LOVE THIS ISH✍.👅.😝🤪😜🤐.SO SOMEBODY GOR TO...
