Well I’ve never experienced this? Super cute place. Wasn’t full at all which was nice cuz we were able to go right up to the counter. We got our scoops of ice cream. However my daughter wanted a milkshake. We were told that we couldn’t order a milkshake inside, and that we had to go thru the driveway? To the same place? So we all loaded up in our car and instead of enjoying our ice cream inside where we actually wanted to enjoy it, we had to go thru the drive thru, at the same exact restaurant and order a second time to get a milkshake. Will not be going back. I’ve never had to order separately thru a driveway because of one specific item. It was absolutely ridiculous that we had to order twice. Ended up stopping in as a spur of the moment and was not disappointed! First time coming in and bit of a wait but, I understand, because there was a very long line. This was more than made up for with the friendly service I received at the counter. I originally wanted a milkshake but was kindly told that milkshakes are a drive-thru only item. There was one customer that was told the same thing, in the same manner, but seemed to throw a hissy fit. The clerk, I believe he might be Samoan, handled it professionally. Overall, the experience was amazing, the ice cream delicious, and the customer service astounding. If you are more into the classic bold chocolate like flavors, like my husband, this place is not for you. I enjoyed very much the 2 flavors I tried: Salted Caramel Banana Froster and Oatmeal Cookie Craving. My daughter ordered the Raspberry Sorbet and it was excellent. Hubby had their Award Winning Chocolate and Hazelnut Chocolate, and he was so disappointed and dissatisfied that ended up going to Bruster's right after for a Banana Split, which he enjoyed.
