It's a local business that just opened its doors last year and I have to say, their food is absolutely amazing. From the perfectly baked croissants to the delicious pastries, everything here is made with such care and attention to detail.

Lady Ray’s is the best place to get coffee in Destin, FL! It took me a long time to find a local place that offered delicious coffee and yummy food. Lady Ray’s hits the mark! Rachel, the amazing chef, makes the best breakfast sandwiches, tasty desserts, and equally beautiful and delicious cakes. I recommend the coconut macaroons for a quick fix for your sweet tooth. The Croque Madam is my favorite breakfast sandwich. Everyone is super friendly and helpful in the shop. Rachel’s brother, Tim, is usually the smiling face behind the counter whipping up the specialty coffees. He makes a really good latte, (the Dirty Chai is my favorite). Being able to interact with the owners really brings the charm to this local coffee shop and café.

I came from New Orleans to surprise my friend with and beautiful cake for her bday.. I didn't want a publix or Walmart cake. I wanted a beautiful almond flavor cake with creamy almond.icing.. I received a cake that was decorated beautifully but when I cut it I was shocked at how hard it was to cut and it was so dry..I spent almost $70 for an 8 in 3 layer cake.. I was embarrassed to serve the slices to my friends and I know the bday girl was depressed ..before you ice an cake make sure you cut the brown crust off of it.. it was very very dry.. I'm so disappointed in you.. I need some type of refund .it doesn't have to be whole . Or another cake..lady rays please get it together. Because I'm a cake decorator as well and that dark crust should have been cut off or you baked it too long.. and it was dry.. it really was hard to cut. No lye it was really hard to cut..please call me.ill bring it back and show...
