From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm, friendly smiles and helpful recommendations from the staff. Ordered the Hot Fudge Brownie Delight, guy behind the counter looks around confused and then asks me what flavor. I said I don’t know what’s in it, buts it’s on the menu on the wall. Then he says no brownies, apologizes for the confusion and confesses he’s new and only been there a week. I order a couple of other things instead. After I ran my card and completed my transaction, I felt like I had been over charged. I asked my friend how much his order was, it was less than half the cost of mine. Questioned the clerk. Once again he did not know what was going on. Said “I pushed these buttons three times on the register”. I ordered a double dip and three yogurt covered Oreos, just a little over $9 dollars. Original amount was over $19. Clerk had to call somebody to figure out how to fix it. If you can’t keep products in stock, don’t put it on the menu.
