Pepper’s — Restaurant in Destin

I came to this restaurant with my sister and her family of nine for a special meal for my birthday. The waitress and the manager were really friendly. First, the waitress gave us a free large queso, then they brought out two extra meals from the kitchen for free. Then, when we went to pay the bill, she said, "Don't worry about it. It's on me." She wouldn't even let us tip her. She said it was for my birthday....

We are saddened about our trip here. We were looking forward to a good experience, but received a so-so experience. The atmosphere was lacking. Not very friendly staff. Our waiter dipped out on us after providing drinks which he got wrong. We never saw him again. We ended up getting piecemeal service from a collective of wait staff. The food was decent and the prices were normal for this type...
