Beyond Juicery + Eatery — Restaurant in Detroit

I have been here a total of 3 times now, and have ordered the duo grilled cheese. Every time it takes over 25 minutes to get my food. Often it doesn’t taste quite right.

Today I waited 30 mins for my food. I went to take a bit and the grilled cheese was the worst I’ve ever had. There was lettuce, onions, and what tasted like mayo on the sandwhich. None of these things belong on this sandwhich. brought it back to the counter and lifted the bread to show them the lettuce. Another girl offered to remake it, and I accepted the offer. About ten minutes later I received my sandwhich. It was tolerable, but not good. Certainly not good enough to waste 45 minutes in the store waiting for it.

I used to work in customer service and I am extremely understanding and lenient when it comes to stuff like this, but the girl on the grill appears to be incompetent. She never makes my grilled cheese sandwhich well. Often the cheese is not melted. Furthermore, she offers no apology or acknowledgement that she made a mistake. I’m done with this place. I’ve given them every opportunity to convince me this is a worthwhile eatery.

I simply cannot comprehend someone failing at making a GRILLED CHEESE so many times. Not can I understand why it takes 30 minutes to make me sandwhich....

Went to this Beyond today at around 10:45am. The lady on the front was initially nice. But then, became very condescending and rude. I placed an order for one one the 2 items I was going to order. I spoke clear and at a decent pace. I made a pause and then continued with my second item. She started saying that I was talking too fast and that she could only put in the system one item at a time. She asked me to repeat my order, which I did calmy. She continued saying I was talking too fast. The way she was adressing me was very rude. I'm not familiar at all with the menu, and it was a stressful and confusing experience. I left because, I don't expect to be served with all smiles and compliments, just not in a rude and condescending way. People have to treat people with respect, especially if you are doing...

I ordered a hummus and beet salad and a juice for pick up. They made the wrong juice and because I needed to go to work I didn’t have time to sit there and have them remake it. Then when I got to work the salad was wrong. There was no hummus!!! That’s the whole source of protein. Also they added these spicy pickles which I never asked for. It’s like a $15 item that’s completely wrong. And I asked for dressing on the side and they just didn’t give it. I want my money to go somewhere reliable, and if I’m going to spend $15 on a salad it better be right. Will not be coming back to...
