Broke my heart that someone in this Domino's location appreciates loyal customers so much that they would find it a joke to replace a plain order of Stuffed Cheese Bread with Jalapeños and Bacon. My tongue unexpectedly received burns and swelled up, causing difficulty breathing with a constant burning sensation, damaged nerve endings and a bleeding tongue. Since the delivery was late, bringing it to just after midnight, it made it very difficult to have a good night's rest before a long day of classes (the night before Friday).
It's just my opinion, but I shouldn't have to check my order for completeness, accuracy, and thoroughness of work; I didn't think that this would have come about since I have purchased from this location countless times over the last 6 months. Repeated failure to deliver correct orders, an inability to maintain a sense of punctuality with delivery practices (waiting over an hour for an order that was only anticipated to take 35 minutes seems slightly irrational), and a blatant refusal to bring value to any customer drives me to wonder if this location strongly desires to lose its customer base -- so far, that seems to be the only successful gesture that they have been consistent in doing.
Clearly, it's my mistake for believing that this location could be trusted, had my best interest(s) in mind, and took my history of being a loyal/repeat customer seriously.
Domino's Woodward has lost a customer -- including the copious amounts of referrals I have sent them and any potential refers I could have sent them.
FYI, my tongue still hurts, I have a headache, and countless other signs (and symptoms) which can easily be redirected toward a failure to comply with an order placed.
In the future, a Stuffed Cheese Bread order is much easier to make than a Jalapeño and Bacon Stuffed Cheese Bread order; it is significantly less expensive, less resources are required to prepare the menu selection, and a customer will be pleased if they receive a quality product OF WHAT WAS ORDERED!!!
Sincerely,
A confused, displeased, frustrated, previously-loyal customer with current difficulty speaking, swallowing,...

A second time I placed a pick up order. I gave it thirty minutes and headed to the location. Once I arrived I WATCHED MY ORDER GET MADE and placed in the oven the troubling part here was two staffers were eating and using ungloved hand to prep food. I asked the speak with the manager who had little more than a shrug as a response. I asked to speak with the GM or DM who'm I learned was named Bill and supposed to be in the following day. I called and never made it past the hold cue.
Tonight I orders a three desserts figuring that lava cakes don't require any one to touch the product and they are relatively simple to prepare. I placed the order in the Domino's app at 9:30p with an estimated delivery time of 21-31 minutes. My home is 10 south blocks on the same street as this restaurant. At 10:03 the app tells me that "Musa" is enroute. At 10:30 I call only to be put on hold for 10 minutes. Once answered i ask about the order and the young lady tells me "Your order it right behind me we were waiting on a drive and a driver just walked it we'll get it right out to you." No thank you. Was the only polite reply I could muster.
Living in Detroit before the whole "New Detroit" thing made me appreciate good service and also learn that some businesses are predatory and have no desire to serve the community they do business in with the same standard equally and consistently. This Domino's and it's ownership, leadership and...
