If I could give this place no stars I would a complete waste of $5.00 bucks, I also still see racism is alive and well they hired a token black to serve the black customers, Not only was I treated improperly my drink was made incorrectly, no apologies made, no I will remake it nothing, just shrugged me off like oh well sucks for you. Please understand I worked at starbucks for over 2 years I know how to make a caramel frappacino. What I got was a mess I even tried to ask her where is the caramel drizzle to test her knowledge of the drink she made me.It was disgusting I threw it in the garbage as soon as I left. I was so outraged I don't know what pissed me off more the fact that the white lady I get go ahead of me got treated very friendly and warmly by the staff, while I got treated very coldly like what do you want, hurry up and buy type of situation and that was wrong, the white cashier acted if she didn't want to touch my money even though it was perfectly fine it came out of my wallet I could understand if I pulled it from my bra or something. Read moreNo complaints about quality of food. So far my drinks and food have been prepared well. The atmosphere is nice, a bit busy, and they seemed to be consistently understaffed, but they do the best to keep the line moving.
Staff themselves are a mixed bag. I have met some very respectful and congenial workers, and others that are absolutely abhorrent. They are not very well trained on customer service and how to respectfully resolve issues, but I understand most of them are younger college students and this is to be expected from that demographic.

But the other smaller girl who has only been working the summer shifts. She is so rude. She is always on the phone every time I come up to the register to order. She looks bored and mad. No "hello" or "have a nice day." She doesn't acknowledge my existence and usually gets my order wrong. I've seen her use milk for people who requested no dairy. She lies about being out of food items only because she doesn't want to deal with putting them in the oven.
