Subway — Restaurant in Detroit

The rudest woman serviced me at the counter. She was fair skinned with short blonde hair. I placed an order online for three sandwiches and I arrived at the promised time, but my food was not there and they couldn’t find it in the system. While she searched for my order….she serviced two customers while I continued to wait. After mounting frustration, she shared that they didn’t have my orders. When I asked if she could make my order, she stated that she wouldn’t and serviced three other customers. This was the second time l visited this Subway and I regret that l ever came here. The first time they opened up an hour past the normal opening time and extremely rude about it. The second time the person opening seemed deficient in doing anything. She didn't greet as l stood in her extremely slow paced line and then when l went to tie my shoe she started with someone else who was after me. I have the worst service here. I even contacted corporate and they never even called me back..My suggestion is to not eat here go to the grocery store and make your own sandwich it...

My recent visit to Subway was disappointing. While waiting for my food, I noticed the staff playing and hugging each other, which wasn't the issue, but what was concerning was their lack of attention to hygiene. They didn't change gloves while handling food, and they were also talking negatively about others. To make matters worse, my sandwich was placed on a dirty area of the counter. Given the importance of cleanliness in food preparation, I was unimpressed with the service. Hopefully, they'll take steps to improve their practices. Would not recommend without...
