I've been to My Big Fat Shawarma (Main Location) so I was super excited to go to the one in Midtown. Yusra, Sean and Sicooo was so nice. They explained everything and was super patient. Now my chicken bowl at the time of this review was 16 dollars.. but everything they put in here its super worth it. They have so many toppings and cool things to put on your bowl.. there a reason why My Big Fat Shawarma is the GOAT. Also the Fafel was super tasty too. Go check it out!

Dalonna customer service was amazing and simply because of the extra attentiveness and eagerness to assist at mind you 9:24pm on a weekend. Most people will rush you and seem dismissive and yet no matter the time or day(third visit) the exceptional customer service engagement will make me drive 55 mins away for great food and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!-Edit this is what my portion ratio looks like at 12:09am

Honestly 10/10 The prices might seem steep however they are well balanced by the sheer amount of food you get. Both the bowl and shawarma are exceptionally good with a great size. The people were polite, kind and well timed with food prep, upbeat atmosphere with a cool vibe. Selfie worthy :P

I had a chicken and steak bowl and it is seriously good. Juicy, well-seasoned, and loaded with fresh toppings. The spicy fat ties it all together perfectly. Portions are big and filling, and everything tastes super fresh. If you're near campus and craving shawarma wraps or bowls, go here.
