The cost don’t match the experience… Thursday march 24,2022 When i walked in with my party of 6. We weren’t greeted && after standing at the door; a man finally said do you have a reservation. I said yes 6 for 7pm. I was told the table isn’t ready. I also let them know we had other family coming that had a 7:30pm reservation so if it’s possible to put out tables in the same area. All reservations were done online because on one answered the restaurant phone.. we waited 30mins to be seated. I was disappointed and it was bad from there. When were were seated the waitress/ older white nice lady. She said she’ll have someone turn the music on and it never happened. We sat in a quite room mostly w/ tvs on and no sound. She took forever to get our order even after i told her we were not waiting on ppl. It took 15mins for our drinks to arrive and about 45min to a hour for food. the appetizers came out same time as our entrees instead of before like I asked. Our waitress switched to a nice black lady when the orders were being taken which was odd to me. Bcuz the other waitress started seeing another party in the same back room as us. Im only saying the color of the skin cuz I don’t recall their name smh. The other party of ppl was nice but loud… My spouse and I food was good; nice n hot but the rest of our party complained. The staff was messing up ppl orders n not bringing our meals together. We never got any bread after we asked for some & we saw the next party get some. The waitress told us the entrees came w/ 2 sides and then we were charged for them. Not a big deal but if you don’t know your own restaurant menu then I shouldn’t be held accountable. Also my uncle is allergic to seafood and we told her yet they still gave him chicken tenders made w/ the same grease as the fish and he had a reaction to it. Smh bad experience && they moved w/ no urgency. Idk if it’s cuz we had a party or not but it could’ve been much better and prepared since we had reservations.

Please do not go here. The service was HORRIBLE. There wasn’t anyone in there and the bartender was not attentive. It took over 25 minutes for a drink. She completely forgot about the alcoholic beverage that was ordered. I’ve been here prior and they had a full menu, but apparently in an effort to further grift, they eliminate the menu and bring out a small a la cart only menu. The lamb chops were extremely small, some didn’t even have the bone. They had too much sauce and the sauce wasn’t even good. it was reminiscent of barbecue sauce. The broccoli was horrendous and inedible. It was overcooked, mushy, and seemed to have seafood seasoning on it. The mashed potatoes were not tasty and lacked heavy whipping cream. The macaroni and cheese was the most decent item. But paying $30 for lamb chops and $8 for each side isn’t worth it. The drinks were disgusting and tasted like ethanol. For $14 per drink, you’re better off going to Morton’s or another high end steakhouse. Overall, oversauced, overpriced, and underwhelming. We will never return.

Certainly! Here's a rewritten version: **False advertising and disappointing experience** I came here because they advertised "$30 all-you-can-eat crab legs" on social media with an RSVP link through Eventbrite. However, there was no such offer on Eventbrite. When I arrived, I was told it was a "glitch" and the price was actually $40 at the door. After waiting 30 minutes for a resolution, I was charged $50 instead. The crab legs were small and rubbery—nothing like the larger claws I saw another guest receiving directly from the kitchen. It felt unfair, like she must have had some inside connection. I asked for the manager three times over the course of an hour, but she never showed up. The only saving grace was our sweet and attentive waitress, who did her best to help despite the chaos. Because of her, I’m giving two stars, but I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be coming back. I should have read the reviews beforehand.

Sat at the bar. Bartender didn’t acknowledge or greet for about 10 minutes and still no greeting, just gave us menus and water. We had never been here before so of course had questions. Bartender came back 10 minutes later and asked if we were ready to order. My boyfriend had a question, which required him to ask the kitchen, he left for 10 minutes. It was a little busy at the bar.. I, myself am a bartender so I’ve giving him the benefit of doubt with the lack of attention being given.

Came back and asked if we were ready to order and my boyfriend was like what about the question I asked 10 minutes ago? He forgot to ask the kitchen .. which sent him away again.. this time for about 15 minutes. I had seen a table that came in about 10 minutes after us already had drinks and food I was SO JEALOUS. He came back , answered no. My boyfriend wanted to ask another question, but I’m like no let’s just order we are both hungry and at this point sitting about 30/40 minutes with no drinks (just water) and no food put in. I ordered a house salad and Parmesan crusted chicken , my boyfriend order wings (what we wanted they didn’t have) , the bartender said it would be about 20/30 mins for wings . We said that was fine. Then he just walked away, didn’t confirm he put our order in, didn’t ask if that was all and didn’t ask if we wanted anything besides water to drink. He walked away so fast each time too, we couldn’t even let him know we wanted drinks.

After awhile, another bartender came behind the counter and were like oh! He can get us some cocktails! My boyfriend tried to wave him over and we both could’ve sworn he rolled his eyes and turned around. (Ok maybe he’s not a bartender just behind the bar) no, he proceeded to make other guests drinks and serve other guest. Tried to call him over again , and he point to the other bartender. At this point , Customer service is HORRIBLE. I’ve never experience such. I really wanted to just leave , but again. Very hungry and trying to celebrate a birthday. We seen a bunch of people (workers) come in and i was just hoping someone would come over and ask how we are doing. We were in there looking very mad.

Finally was able to stop the bartender that was taking care of us to get some drinks. Asked for a drink menu , he said they didn’t have one ok. Trying to not make this so long , but the whole experience was just bad. Ordered a green tea shot. The green tea shot was filled up to the rim in a short glass. (So a drink) It tasted horrible- like it was half water. ( again, not trying to complain I UNDERSTAND how restaurants are) boyfriend decided to let him know it does taste right. The bartender tasted it and was like “you’re right” but that’s weird don’t know why it tastes like that. Offered some more Jameson in my glass and once he pour more out came gnat with it.

I just asked for a straight shot of something else. I am a bartender, gnats tend to get in liquor left uncapped, i understand but there was no apology issued for the drink (supposed to be shot) being completely nasty and then a gnat ending up in there.

Food finally came out about 25 minutes later. We received a Cesar chicken salad and the Parmesan crusted chicken. Yes, I originally order a house salad. He did say the kitchen made the wrong salad, I told them it was okay as long as I’m not being charged any extra. Now.. the food was very good , but that’s all I can give.

The bartender came back 10 minutes later and said there’s still another 30/40 minutes on the wings (MADE NO SENSE) originally said it would be 20/30 mins about a hour ago. It’s okay don’t even worry. CHECK PLS!

I tipped 15% even though it was not deserved but I work in the restaurant industry .

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Bathroom was dirty. Floors were dusty. Kitchen looked nasty. Lots of premade drinks behind the bar. No drink menu( apparently) , would never recommend anyone to come. Maybe take out. No I Didn’t get any pics , I should’ve!!! Thank you for good food. And thank you to the security guard for being nice...

Great restaurant with GARBAGE service. Where to start. Had reservations that had been in place for two weeks for 5 people, yet upon arriving they had no tables for 5 people and instead jammed all 5 grown adults at a two person table. Host was HAMMERED by 7pm and screaming at the bar about shots to the point that multiple comments were made from multiple tables. Host continued to wander the restaurant while drunk and making painful attempts to flirt with any woman around without a single comment from any other staff. Painfully cringe is an understatement.

First entire round of drinks we ordered (took 30 minutes to make 3 mix drinks that were very basic in design) had zero alcohol in them, the table next to us complained of the exact same thing. Once we actually got the drink with pineapple Ciroc it was noticeably watered down, the only reason we knew they put any alcohol in it is from watching the bartender. Mix drinks themselves were garbage mixes, tried 3 different variants (Moscow mule which should have been hard to mess up, Son of a James, and whatever drink had pineapple ciroc). While the ingredients sounded interesting, the end product was terrible. One was a bad mix of whiskey and orange juice with overwhelming juice, one was just pineapple juice (had it brought back twice, never tasted alcohol in it), and the third was all ginger beer.

Wait staff was shifting tables/seats around without any care for people already eating, bumping tables HARD multiple times to the point of drinks spilling. Not a single apology or even acknowledgement of what was going on. No napkins, silverware, or even bread was provided when we were seated. After having to ask for simple cutlery and napkins we were given loose napkins and single forks, no spoons or knives at all. Took the waitress multiple visits just to get a full set of silverware, each visit was easily 15-20 minutes in between.

Food was good, but appetizers noticeably tasted and looked frozen no fresh. Portions were small. Salad came with no dressing and took 20 minutes to get a small cup of dressing that was about 90% oil. Bread that finally came was saturated with butter to the point that it was dripping. We had a table with a direct view to the kitchen and we actively watched them try to serve us food that had sat for 30 minutes while the other plates were prepared (their solution was to reheat the entire dish to the point that the slaw it was sitting on was boiling hot rather than separating the two small pieces of lobster to be reheated). Portions were painfully small for the price you pay.

All in all, embarrassing is an understatement. Restaurant has been around long enough to have this type of service fixed, but tonight was a terrible example of what happens when a good idea is executed terribly. Was very excited to try the restaurant before tonight and now it’s disappointing to say we will actively be telling people to avoid it. 2/10 only because the food was...

My boyfriend and I were at this location about two years ago and we’re very pleased with our experience so much so that when we came back to the city, we decided to go back to the restaurant. We should’ve done more research because a lot can happen in two years. I don’t know if management has changed, but the restaurant definitely is not what it was. To start off the place could use a little cleaning. Secondly the items on the menu if you want to call it a menu is à la cart and the items could fit on 1/2 a sheet of paper. The waitress, although she was nice, unfortunately was telling us everything that they did not have available which left our choices even less, for some reason all the other sides like the mac & cheese, mashed potatoes , fries are eight dollars but for some reason, fried rice is $18 I even asked her since they did not have all the food choices listed on the menu. If maybe she could give us the fried rice for the eight dollars like the other items which we were met with no I’m not holding that against her. She’s not the owner. Our wait for the food was a little long to the point where I kept asking. Are you sure you don’t wanna leave? we stuck it out we finally got our food except for the lobster tails were fried instead of grilled so the cook Were grilling our lobster tails, but the fried lobster tails sat on the cooks counter the entire time we were there along with some other customers food because there was only one waitress and I don’t know where she went but she was gone for at least 15 to 20 minutes. It felt like. My thing with the fried lobster tails is could that have not been given to the customer as a courtesy for having to wait instead of sitting there wasting food? This was also around somewhere between six and seven in the evening and the waitresses outfit had her ass cheeks all out. Can we not have something more appropriate at least until 9 PM when the party starts it just was not a great experience at all, and it was totally different from the first time that we went. Idk where are these posts of all this delicious food is showing up under their site, but over half of that was not on that menu, The lamb chops was OK and the lobster tails were very salty. The mac & cheese need salt and although we were told they were out of broccoli there again as we looked at the cooks counter was a bowl...
