I purchased a used 2015 Chevrolet Cruze LTZ from my local dealership. I feel that this car is the most negative car experience I've ever had. What's gone wrong: turbocharger, coil pack (which caused all spark plugs to need to be replaced at additional cost), head gasket, cylinder number 1, intake valve, intake manifold, and the crank shaft. I opened a case with their Customer Service department and was told they would do nothing to remedy the situation and that I was expected to get my car diagnosed to determine if there were any problems. The buy back should have been ready at this point, and I'm seriously concerned for the future of this company. Her recent issue oil was burning but there were no signs, come to find out from a local mechanic it's the piston rings. This is after a dealer changed the oil hmmmmm. Go figure right. and of course no help. no help from the dealer and no help from the exec referral office. I am emailing them weekly until further answers are received. I have emails for all...
