Tubby's Sub Shop — Restaurant in Detroit

We placed an order of two philly steak subs, specifically asked the young man to exclude peppers and onions... this request obviously went unheard or blatantly disregarded because BOTH peppers and onions were on the sub, my wife is allergic to peppers, which is why we stressed that they not be put on the sandwich. The management offered to remake our order but when the delivery was made for the second time, it was wrong AGAIN!!!!! At this point we were so frustrated that our appetite was lost, when we called the Tubby's back to try and comprehend what the complication with preparing our order correctly was, the staff insisted that they didn't mess up our order, every staff member we spoke to, simply passed the buck, no one took responsibility for the foul up, so we demanded a full refund. Instead, the manager offered to refund only one of the sandwiches and to add insult to injury, she attempted to refund the sandwich as it comes on the menu and not apply the toppings that were added, nor the size enlargement fee, (which was Jumbo). All in all, it was an extremely disappointing and terrible experience... I highly advise against anyone dining at...

This place is a joke I ordered a $72.00 order, this was my first time ever ordering at this place and the driver was turning down my block and they called him saying they gave him the wrong order, which I was ok with that. Then when we got the food the order wasnt even complete, I had to grab something else for my daughter, also I ordered 2 chicken Subs with lettuce only and they came loaded with everything and she tells me well I didn't wrap those. I called them to speak to the manager and she tells me the manager won't be in till Monday and if I wanted a refund I'd have to bring the complete order in (Really) how about we messed up 3 times with your order that we would rush it to you for free or even a discount. I asked about the sub I didn't get she tried to blame it on the driver what a joke, so I asked what about the fact that a paid for that, she tells me id have to come in on Monday. This place is a Joke.....

They need a visit from the health department, for this restaurant to be on Jefferson near downtown by the general motors building is very unpresentable and embarrassing this place is very dirty there's dirt up the walls piles of dirt and dust and mold in the corners, the food is very good but I wouldn't trust it, I wouldn't be surprised if someone gotten sick after eating the food, the prep table where they prep the food is really dirty unclean you can just tell by looking at it they obviously don't sanitize the place and they have piles of trash on that back door near where the food is being cooked this place is very dirty and it needs to be remodeled. And when I ordered my food she told me what she's not going to do and she gave me the options that she wanted to do and not on the menu or the...
