Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Doral

The pizza tasted old. I went to the manager and told him how the pizza tasted and instead of another pizza as I requested, they offered me a Nacho Grande. I wanted another pizza but they insisted, kindly, to get a Bell Grande. I yielded and when I received the plate which the Grande was placed, there was a bug crawling at the bottom of the plate. As I was going back to my seat, I tried to blow away the bug but it fell on my food. I was annoyed. I’ve come here numerous times throughout the year and for the life of me these people working never get the order right. I always have to drive back and go inside and get it fixed. Nothing fast food about this place if you have to always go back to get things fixed.

My first time coming to this KFC and I had a hair in my food under the biscuit. I told the guy hey cab u just change my order for a fresh one, and he argued like that hair didnt come from the kitchen I mean I just open up my food and it was under my biscuit 🙄 I had a puny tail at that time so it wasn’t my hair.
