Update Came here as a request from a friend...they have nothing I buy here...but this was special request from an out of town friend..not only were they pissy about making what ahe wanted and acting like I was TOO poor to buy what she wanted...but they were so rude!!!...these are not the people that were working 10 months ago...the drive thru person was rude...customer wanted a double machata with oat milk to the top...drive thru person complained that they COULDN'T do that bc it would cost $2 more...ok so what we want it...1$ more in truth...it was only 7.32 ...then we got to the window and it was half a small cup bc she dared ask for no ice and oat milk... assuming that they would fill it the rest of the way...when we asked the cashier to fill it to the top ..she was put out said no and then adds it would coat $2 more...ok so it the total would yave been around 10$ for a FULL small...y'all need ro take a page out of a normal sales manual. NEVER assume YOUR wallets contents to be the same as your customer's always assume they can afford what you are selling...and DANG! What happened to service with out salt ...screw a smile that ship done sailed long ago...but just w/o salt over our requests as customers would be great...NEVER coming back and telling everyone not to visit...poor. choices were made today on how ro treat Customers. It was my friend's birthday breakfast wish and I was willing to spend $20 on her coffee request but you were all so off putting, rude and assumptive she decided my money was well spent else where...and we SO did PRETTY WOMAN style..poor choices were made on how customers were treated and you have lost us as customers FOREVER!!! *the original post was posted Dec of 2022 Happy shiny people...first time I enjoyed going to Dunkin... definitely better...
Read moreI didn't want to give any stars but I had to order to leave this review. Let me start by saying I was super excited to see that there was another Dunkin Donuts in Douglasville so I would no longer have to drive all the way to Smyrna to get my coffee needs met I walk into the location I'm greeted and that was great I was very specific about what I wanted as I am with the other location that I go to that never gets it wrong which is in Smyrna off South Cobb Drive closer to the 285 end they are amazing I asked for a large vanilla chai I asked for extra chai and less foam so that I would then get a full cup of vanilla chai rather than 1/2 cup of drink and half cup of foam which is what causes me to not go to the other locations because they never seem to get it right I received my drink I immediately noticed the weight is off I open it up and there's more foam than there is beverage I bring it to the young lady's attention whose name is Linsey by the way and she said oh that's how it comes with the foam so I remind her of the order I placed and how specific I was and then proceeded to let her know that I will never return to this location I'm very disappointed by the fact that I was very specific about what I wanted I was clear with what I wanted only for her to still get it wrong very upsetting very disappointing and I will never return. Linsey I don't know how much more specific I could have been with you but for the fact that you did exactly what I asked you not to do after giving you Specific Instructions as to how to prepare my drink so that I can have my desired outcome it's just completely ridiculous you need to learn how to listen instead of being so concerned with the gossip that your co-workers had going on. Linsey Get it together girl or resign so that someone who wants...
Read moreI spend quite a bit of money at Dunkin', mostly at the Hiram and Kennesaw locations, however, this summer my child is in camp near the Douglasville Dunkin', so they have been receiving my money. As with all receipts, there is a survey at the bottom with a line that says "Enter Validation Code: . When completing a survey, which I do quite often - (I am a Google local guide) the site gives three options on how to receive the free donut reward - print, send to smart device, or get a code. This morning, my daughter asked for a donut with her standard cinnamon raisin bagel with cream cheese, and so I whipped out my receipt with validation code. The manger came over and told me that they no longer accept codes that are not presented on a phone. I was shocked. I came to possess this printed receipt with "Enter Validation Code:" from this very location. If they are not willing to receive it, perhaps they should not hand it out with a notation that gives every indication that THEY do accept the receipt with the validation code written on it. This is wrong, and it is wrong that they won't accept a printed coupon for a free donut either, though a printer is harder to come by than a pen or pencil. I thought about all of the poor and working class Americans who would be excluded from getting a free donut simply because they were not able to afford a smart phone. This is small, but contributes to the divide in society, the have and have nots. It is unfortunate that this Dunkin' location decided to adopt this attitude. It is yet another reason, other than the meh service, the impossible drive-thru and lack of entrances congruent with traffic patterns, to frequent another location. I'll take my...
