Panda Garden — Restaurant in Dover

This place is all about the money! We order chicken mein all of the time! I told my husband to check the order before we swiped the debit card, just to be sure everything was right, but our bad, he checked it after he paid and got into the car. They gave us a plastic container of sewer looking garbage!! It did not look edible at all! I of course brought it right back in there, and they try to tell me "you ordered the wrong thing!" The lady was NASTY RUDE! We order this all of the time! So I told them I would be willing to wait for them to make me the correct food (noodles and chicken) and they told me I had to pay an additional $9 for the food! So hang on, I've already spent $26 on food, and I have to pay another $9?! When I CAME TO GET IT?! If you order pizza from dominoes or Pizza Hut and the pizza you get isn't what you ordered, you can bet your butt they're going to go back and make the right pizza and BRING you the right pizza back! Same for mcdonalds or any other restaurant! Heck, they'll throw in free breadsticks, fries, ice cream for the hassle! But NO, this place made me pay an additional amount of money. The place is extremely dirty, which made me weary at first, but I tried to give it a chance. They should have told us and our two babies to go home and they would deliver the correct food HAPPILY. Hahaha but they make me pay more and then he tells me he will only charge me $4 for it and then rings my card for the full $9 meal RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE!!!!!! I THOUGHT I WAS BEING PUNK'D y'all!!!!! NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!!!! NASTY SCUM SNAKES! THEYLL MAKE YOUR FOOD WRONG ON PURPOSE AND MAKE PROFIT OFF OF IT WHEN YOU ARRIVE TO PICK IT UP. To start off I must say that I'm a very easy person to please but the level of displeasure in the quality of food from this establishment I experienced had to be shared. My General Tso's chicken had a decent flavor but it wasn't particularly the greatest I've had nor was it really that juicy. My rice was quite bland and I had actually opted for the fried rice option! I usually really enjoy fried rice but this mostly tasted like regular rice with a slight oniony taste. Combined with the lack of extra sauce the rice was edible but was not desirable. The egg drop soup was actually surprisingly flavorful so I appreciated that but when I got to the fried wontons they were completely stale and had no crunch whatsoever! The people that run the place seem nice, the person who took my order served my tray and was very kind and respectful but when I walked back to inquire about a lid for my soup bowl so I could take it home literally everyone was on their phone and didn't hear me the first couple of times I tried to get their attention.
