Ordered 2 "Ultimate BLT" sandwiches with extra mayonnaise. Received 1 "far-from-ultimate" BLT with 1/2 - I mean 1/2! - a slice of tomato on each half and they wanted to charge for more tomato. What? The tomato upcharge was ransom for the tomato that SHOULD HAVE BEEN on the sandwich? And the 2nd sandwich which should have also been an Ultimate BLT sandwich was a Chicken Salad sandwich with no extra mayonnaise. So what did they do...hear us ask for 2 identical sandwiches with extra mayonnaise and decide to give us 2 different sandwiches? Were the workers asleep? Nope - because they sure were alert enough to ask for more money for more tomato on the BLT. Also...the bread on both sandwiches was grilled on one side (the inside) and plain, untoasted on the other side. What's up with THAT? This order was placed through the drive-through so of course, we didn't know about all the screw-ups until we got back to work. I will never go back there and their corporate office will be hearing about this experience. Stay away! Read moreI'll preface with that I love Arby's and have been to this location without issues many times before. Today, however, our customer service experience was completely unacceptable. We stopped through the drive thru for a quick order, and were asked to go around front. We then waited for about 10 minutes before finally going in to check on our order. When going in, our order was just sitting waiting to be bagged, and they didn't say any kind of apology (or even say anything). I then went back in because my fiancee's sandwich was completely cold. The greeter took the sandwich, set it on the back counter, still never said anything, and preceded to take two more orders before I had to ask if they were going to make us another sandwich. She then turned around, frustrated at me, and asked for the sandwich to be made again, and then handed me the bag and simply said here you go. We had a very disappointing lunch here. We went through the drive through and ordered a simple small order. After paying they asked for us to pull around front, where we continued to wait for an additional 10 mins until we finally went in to check on our order. We were greeted with eye rolls and no apology when we realized they forgot about us. We took our order immediately to the car where we noticed the beef and cheddar sandwich was cold cold. We went in again, and asked if there was a way we could get a replacement sandwich, it took an additional 3-4 mins for them to even put in the replacement order.
We live close and used to frequent this Arby's for a quick bite. I don't know what the issue today was. Was management not present? Was the greeter inside the restaurant not properly trained? Regardless, mistakes were made all around to give us a bad...
