Prior to this visit I read reviews even though I have ordered from here before. I wanted to dine in this time. Our server this energetic Hispanic guy I really wish I could have remembered his name. Just know if he is your server you will definitely know who I'm talking about. He took our drink orders and also helped out with a request I had about the garlic in the seafood boils. The food was good and this is coming from someone that knows good seafood. My dungeness was great, my shrimp was great, the corn that came with it I didn't really care for because I was full, and the eggs were cooked to perfection. I got fire and didn't think it was going to be spicy, but was presently surprised. Everyone at our table of 6 enjoyed their boils. Will definitely be going back again and I absolutely recommend. What I ordered was not on the menu, but was a special recommended by our server. 1lb of dungeness and 1/2 lb of shrimp comes with corn and two potatoes for like $54 I believe. The only minus I will say is they need to keep the bathrooms cleaner.

We had a delicious dinner @ the CRAFTY CRAB tonight. We seated right away & got some refreshing waters as we got the kids settled & hands washed. We all had snow crab except for my 9 year old daughter that had chicken finger basket with fries. They came with some honey mustard but we didn't try that. The fries were really good though. We also had some hush puppies that were tasty. They weren't dry & didn't have too much onion flavor as some do. We also had some onion rings with Bang Bang sauce or Boom sauce that was pretty good & had a bit of spice. So for the CRAB we had in the garlic butter sauce & mild spice. There was a little sting even though it was mild but nothing overwhelming. The Crab was good. Each pound of seafood came with a potato & a small cob of corn. Both were tasty. Our server was Sean & he really took care of us well. I didn't catch the host's name but he got our meal started with our initial drink order & we appreciated that. This location is close to our timeshare & we'll certainly be back.

As native NYers, we are a family of seafood lovers, and Crafty Crab did not disappoint. Seafood boil was seasoned to perfection. The calamari was perfection that melted in your mouth. It was seasoned and fried well without being greasy with just a squeeze of lemon, and you can eat it as is. This was worth the trip in terms of food and cocktails. It's spacious to accommodate large parties without feeling overcrowded. My only negative was that I told my server we were celebrating my sons birthday and asked if he could include a desert. After our meal, the server slid a slice of cheese cake on the table, said a quick happy birthday, and walked away. There was no candle, no birthday song, just this lonely slice of cheese cake. That was a letdown. Every restaurant that we've been to in celebration of birthdays provides some form of festivities for the happy occasion. Surprisingly, they weren't busy. In fact, we didn't see our waiter much. We only saw him to take our order, bring our food and then the check.

Let me just start by saying I have never had to do a review about any establishment. I place a to go order. While placing this order I told the hostess that the order will be separated for payment when we got to the establishment. I go to pick up the order pay for my order which is $88. I feel like it was a little pricey but I paid it anyway. I walk out the door waiting for the people that I was with to pay for their food. I was asked to come again because my order in my payment didn’t go through. Which was a lie. The person that was called out to assist the orders cancelled my payment. Then goes on to tell me that my payment didn’t go through. Which made me upset because I knew I had the money. The money was taken out of my account. Then the people that I was with was told that the payment did not go through as well. When we all can clearly see that the money was taken out of their account. So during this dispute I have to be the bigger person and say OK we will make the payments again. I asked for itemized receipt which I did not receive during our initial translation. I also wanted a refund receipt which they did give me. I was told that our money will be with back in our accounts within 24 to 48 hours. My problem with this is why was my translation cancelled? The issue was with the people that were with me? I was already done with my transaction. Why was mine canceled which makes it suspicious to me. I also let the people know at this establishment but if my money is not back on my card I will be taking this up with my bank. Yes I am from out of town but I do not take things like this lately. They are not trustworthy. The food was very basic. When going to this restaurant people please ask for itemized receipt and make sure that when you are paying...

My son and I were looking for a place to have dinner, and we landed here. We are so HAPPY that we did.

We were greeted by a friendly host who sat us immediately and told us our waitress, Joey, would be right over. Joey walked by us with a cheesecake with a candle, gave us a huge smile, and said, "I will be right there."

She promptly came over and definitely hit the mark from beginning to end when it comes to steps of service and a positive vibe. She was knowledgeable about the menu, made great recommendations, and was fast, efficient, proficient, and fun! The other waiter, Sean, checked in on us as well and made sure we were taken care of! The rest of the staff was attentive to us and all of the tables; they were all working together, and by the looks of the surrounding tables, everyone was happy. Joey, Sean, and the rest of the staff gave us an amazing experience after a long day!

The food! Oh my God! So good! We got the crab legs and mussels. We ordered an extra side of garlic butter sauce, and I took it home with me to dip into for the next day.

We come to Florida often to visit the parks and family. We will DEFINITELY be back again and again.

Oh! I almost forgot—I got the cheesecake to go after seeing it go to table after table! Yummy!

10 out of 10! Thank you, Joey, for being so kind to my son! You and Sean really helped end a long day with a perfect meal!

Kudos to the front of house and back of...

I recently visited this seafood boil spot and unfortunately had a very underwhelming experience. Our server never properly introduced herself — she may have, but she spoke so low we couldn’t hear her. She was barely present throughout our visit and didn’t even bring out our food. At one point, my mom had to wave her down, and it still took her 20 minutes to come to our table, even though the restaurant only had about four tables occupied. She claimed she was busy, but from what we saw, that didn’t seem to be the case.

When we finally got the check, we paid in cash, and the server asked, “Do you want your change back?” — which felt presumptuous. Despite the subpar service, we still left a 14% tip out of courtesy.

What really upset us was the manager approaching us as we were leaving, holding our receipt, and loudly asking, “How was the service?” When we said it was okay, he commented that we left under an 18% tip and mentioned that most people tip more — loud enough for other guests to hear. It was incredibly unprofessional, embarrassing, and made us feel judged over something that’s entirely discretionary.

We had no intention of complaining or getting anyone in trouble, but being publicly shamed for tipping (at all!) was beyond inappropriate. We won't...
