Service was TERRIBLE. We had a party of 7 and got seated immediately so they werent busy. 1/2 the restarunt tables were open. Our server was Gabby and she took 10 minutes to greet our table and ask for drink orders. It took another 10 minutes to receive our drinks because she was chatting away at the drink station to another server. We ordered an appetizer and our food, the appetizer came out at a normal time. After 20-25 minutes she comes back to our table saying the kitchen didnt give us a full portion of our fried pickles and sets down a 2nd appetizer. Which I thought was very odd until I realized its because she never put in our food order because she went back to talking to the other waitresses. another 25 minutes goes by before our food comes and its missing every side of ranch/ and condiments we requested with our original order. We have to flag her down through the hostess because again she was off talking to the other girls at the food window this time. We have to request refills every time and each time we did we had to tell her what we had because she either didnt write them down or just didnt want to look. Im hoping she was just young and newer and doesnt relaize how serving works but it was an absolutely terrible experience. We arrived at 940pm and didnt leave till after close at 12:15am. We didnt order tons of food or drinks we had 2 kids in our party. I dont know what happened or if we just weren't important enough to the restraunt to have good service. Every other table that came in after us hot served and were out of there with in an hour. It was an awful experience and we wont be going back to this Hooters. I would highly reccomend driving the extra 15 min and going to a...
Β Β Β Read moreI visited this location on 6 September with my wife. I arrived at approximately 7:20 p.m. The restaurant was almost vacant; maybe 3% full as there were 2 tables inside,1 table outside, and 1 person at the bar being used.
7:30 p.m.: Order placed. 8:10 p.m.: Wifes entre delivered to the table. 8:25 p.m.: 10 wings delivered to the table. 8:45 p.m.: My entre delivered to the table. 9:00 p.m.: I asked the server about the remaining order of wings. 9:10 p.m.: I asked the server about the remaining order of wings again. 9:20 p.m.: I asked the server to the check and the remaining order of wings again.
*1 Hour 50 minutes between arrival and exit
A table of 4 adjacent to us that was seated prior to our arrival sent their food back at least once. A second member of their group had not been served by the time we left. The other members of their group were served 30 minutes after our arrival. My wife and I overheard them asking about their food multiple times.
The problem is.......The restaurant was literally, almost empty. Why did it take such a long period of time to cook/serve the food? Why were our main dishes brought out 35 minutes apart? Why did it take 1 Hr to cook 10 wings and and 2 hrs to cook the other 10? How did the team fail to cook/provide one of the orders of wings when they were spoken about 3 separate times?
The waitresses all sat at a table chatting with each other......while the two-kitchen staff kept walking out the kitchen to go outside and chat/joke around with the waitresses.
A very disappointing experience overall. Zero direction/guidance and or control on Thursday night. I will never visit this...
Β Β Β Read moreI should have know right away this wouldn't be good when I was ignored at the hostest stand until a manager came by and asked the 2 waitresses if I had been helped. Then the waitress that was ignoring us seated us and ends up being our waitress. :-( Hmm Pretty soon after sitting down we realize it is like a refrigerator in the restaurant. It had been cold but apparently they don't have heat? Or don't care. We order the fried pickles and they were some of the best we ever had. Then our grilled fish sandwich and original hot wings arrive. The fish was on a torpedo roll unlike anything I have seen Hooters do in the past 30 years I have been going to their resturants. It was not grilled it was baked with paprika or something, but I strange. The fries were cold. The wings were drowning in the bottled sauce again unlike anything I have ever seen in 30 of getting their wings. Normally they would just be tossed. We had hoped this place would be good since we have been staying nearby for a while and just now thought to visit Hooters because a sports bar on the NFL divisional playoff weekend would be great. Not this time. I hope it is better when we can give them another try....
