I have changed my rating from 4 to 2 Here’s why. I go here quite often when we can as a family. My usual experience is pretty decent like 3 stars worth. I’ll break it down. We go back cuz it’s something we all like to do together as a family but as of lately it may not be much longer. It was a 4 back when they had good people and good stuff on the menu and decent toys for my kids. All of that is gone.

THE FOOD: 3stars Good taste but overprices and portions are small

For example, get the cantina nachos and you’ll get a plate full of chips and less then a handful of cheese. $4.00 for drinks and your at $150 for your whole 3 items of food and drinks. They got rid of the steak sub. There starter platter so have cheese sticks but all there crap is being shortened and overpriced. Only things worth it a little bit are the hamburgers.

THE SERVICE: 2stars

I had the host tell me 30-45 minutes. They had 5 large tables and 2 smaller ones full of crap waiting to be bussed, but because the busser was slow according to the host they couldn’t get the tables done for us to sit. I even offer to buss it myself after that comment, so instead the host went above and beyond and bussed a table just for us hence the only reason they are getting any stars on this thing. ———- to add to that the server didn’t even care to service us. For example 2 of my kids and myself waited very patiently for refills , and waited and waited and waited. He has not busy just wasn’t aware of his tables needs really didn’t act like he cared. I had to ask for refills while he and the rest hung out at the keosk to talk. But man I got that bill real quick only thing I got fast. Thanks for nothing. Your management on busy days needs to step up cuz they are not doing there part either.

PRIZES: 1 star for all that money you spend there selection sucks

The prizes absolutely suck, I have like 30,000 tokens I’m still waiting for them to get decent stuff to use it all on, it’s like they are on a crap budget for decent stuff anymore get new fun stuff!!!! I’m literally at the point I don’t even wanna go there much more. Like seriously what happen to you guys? I have 4 kids and the like toys but even they don’t like anything you all got anymore it’s literally depressing. I have played nearly 12,000 chips and have legend states on the app , trust me this does not count the past before the app. So you can imagine the money spent at this place. I miss the days when you had the basket balls or the marvel coffee mugs, any arcade you go to has better prizes than them. Seems like money is all they care about anymore.

GAMES: 2-3 stars depending on the day you go:

no staff, outdated games Mostly my main issue here is they have machines that have issues without the people to fix them a lot of the times maybe, pay your people properly and hire the people needed to run this place. $12-15 an hr don’t cut it in this world anymore.

Update for visit on February 18th: Slow service has become worse. Had reservations at 5. We were sat with only menus. No utensils or plates which is fine. Server did not show up until 20 minutes later. Ordered drinks and apps. We were a big group and understood not everything will arrive at the same time. However, we got our apps around 6PM. No utensils or napkins or plates. Another 10 minutes went by and server re-appears, ask for plates and utensils. Utensils are PLASTIC wrapped in a cheap napkin. D&B charges over $20 for pasta and chicken or rib-eye but can't be bothered to provide better utensils? Someone in our party got a kid's honest apple juice food runner said he'd be back with a straw since it seems like it fell out. Never came back. Asked the server, said they'd get a new one. Never came back with it. They had to drink it without. Our drinks were hardly ever refilled. Took almost 30 minutes to get someone to take a refill drink order and have the drink deliver. The manager on duty, don't remember his name was great! Friendly and attentive while taking care of us while server was away.

We also noticed multiple tables waiting for checks, one table went and got their own utensils since their server disappeared. The table right across from us left after about 10-15 minutes after no server showed up. They have 2-3 people cleaning tables and keeping the areas clean, which is great, yet most times they were standing around with nothing to do, but converting one of them to walk around and set tables or offer/provide refills will definitely ease up some of the back and forth the servers have to do.

Again, the food is better than expected, but the service is so bad I can't recommend the place for meals.

Food is better than it had any right to be. Went here twice, both times very different meals and both above average. The Caesar salad with grilled chicken was delicious! Atmosphere is okay, loud and a lot of TVs. Some TVs were playing older games when they could have been playing current sporting events that were not in sight. The arcade section is a little tight and has enough games for a Friday night.

The worst part was the service. 1st time server was great and constantly checked up on us but everything took forever to get there. We got an appetizer halfway through entrees. 2nd time both the server and food times were lacking. We ordered a drink for a child, it never came, asked for it again, never came. Then I asked for it a third time and they gave me an adult size. They then charged me twice for it, the child one which never arrived and the one given to me. Half our drinks were never refilled and we had to ask another server for utensils since we only received 3. Then we asked for a box TWICE to take leftovers, he said he'll get it and 10 minutes never returned. The first server was good enough to try it again even with slow service, but the second one made us not want to...

This place has gone downhill pretty bad since we came last year. Besides the horrible overcrowding from groups of school kids who were being allowed to run all around and throw things at each other all night, the overwhelming loudness of the whole place (yeah it’s an arcade, but I have some slight hearing loss and it was still giving me a headache), and the fact that you could smell the bathrooms from 20 feet away… it was just not an enjoyable experience. As soon as we came in, we come up to the kiosks which are no longer people and are now machines. Immediately two of them are down, we go to one that isn’t. It’s a pretty simple process I give them that, except the one we go up to? Keeps telling us payment failed even tho we had enough funds, as soon as another one opened up and we went there it worked fine (should’ve been an indicator how the rest of the night was gonna go). I swear about half the games in there are either broken or malfunctioning, first game we go up to is one of the racing games. And as soon as it starts I can tell something is wrong, the steering wheel keeps jerking itself to the side and being hard to turn… okay whatever it’s just one game right? Wrong. Later on we go to Luigi’s haunted mansion, the thing to scan your card is almost hanging out of where it belongs, and once we get the game started, you have to sit on the edge of the seat and have the gun almost touching the screen for it to register it. They had a giant claw machine, that the claw was stuck at the bottom. As we realized what was wrong I started loudly complaining about many things being broken, I guess an associate heard me, comes up and resets it and fixes it. So okay that’s good… then when we play, we pick up one of the things for tickets, the machine takes it over and drops it, and it doesn’t come out. It just sits on a little platform in the machine. After that we go to one of their big newer games, and it was fun, except the part where it keeps telling you to pay to keep playing (and no not after dying just everytime you reached a checkpoint it wanted you to pay again). So we decide to take a break and go get a drink. Except when we go over to the bar doesn’t look like anyone is working, we see another guy already waiting so we go and wait near him assuming it wouldn’t take too long. 10 minutes of waiting later we decide to just walk away and go back to gaming… when we come back later there’s finally 2 bartenders.
