We were greeted by the lovely host and sat at our table. Tyanna introduced herself as our waitress, and I don’t think I’ve had worse service anywhere. She took our drink order, and food order without smiling or looking at anyone. She really did not want to be there. 2 of the drinks were wrong when they came out but we didn’t mention this at the time as we didn’t want to cause a fuss for Tyanna. Unfortunately, when the food arrived my order was wrong, and 1 member of our party’s food was missing. We told Tyanna who went to fix the mistake. This was pretty much our last interaction with her. The food that was missing had obviously been left off our order, so that arrived after everyone else had finished. My food replacement didn’t even arrive. We waited 45 minutes and I eventually asked Tyanna to cancel my food, she didn’t even look at us and just said “okay” and walked away. We weren’t offered any more drinks, nobody asked how the food was, nobody checked up on us at all. Tyanna seemed to do everything she could to avoid us, we couldn’t even pay the bill. I asked the host if I can pay it with her and I was told I had to wait for Tyanna. We had children with us, and we had to split up our party as it was getting late and there was no indication of us being able to pay. Eventually we managed to get the cheque, but then we had to wait for Tyanna to decide to return to our table so we can pay it. We gave her our card, and the bill was paid straight away (I know this as I got a notification on my phone saying it was paid). Tyanna then served countless other people, and chatted to her friends. We didn’t get our card back for 15 minutes after we paid the bill. She acted like we didn’t exist at all. For our meal I paid $180+. I genuinely can’t believe how bad the service was and for that price I think it’s actually a robbery. The ones in our party who did eat said the food wasn’t that great either. I’ve never had an experience like it, we spent about 2 hours in this restaurant and about 90 minutes of that was just us waiting. It put a massive downer on our experience and I went home hungry.
I have already done your survey giving you my experience of what happened and I got a generic email back saying “we are sorry, we will try to do better”. Just appalling.

We chose to eat here after looking online for a place to eat and watch England in the Euros. As I’m gluten free we checked the menu over before coming here and the website clearly states- “Just cause bread's off the menu doesn't mean you won't leave satisfied!” When we were seated we approached one of the staff and asked if they had a gluten free menu and the answer was no, we then said that their menu online stated that there were gluten free options and again she said no and that she was going to ask the chef. When she came back she was accompanied by another member of staff who said that she’d found the menu on the website and showed us her phone. She was equally as clueless as the first waitress and told us to have a look at it ourselves. When it was time to order I asked for the ‘Chicken sandwich without the bun’ and her response was “without the bun???” I said I can’t eat the bun and repeated that I was gluten intolerant. She said that I could have just the chicken and add a ceaser salad if I wanted too. Which is what I did. I asked if there was anything else i could have and she said no and apologised. The sheer lack of knowledge around this allergy is nothing short of appalling and they should not state that they do gluten free food if their staff are so incompetent. I’m not blaming the waitress we had as she seemed to be quite embarrassed by the whole situation but they should have training around allergy’s and intolerances as it is very serious. Having an allergy requires you to put a lot of trust into the staff of where you were eating and this was very hard here as the staff as well as the chef were awful. I would not recommend here as a place to eat as someone with an allergy or intolerance as the risk is too high. Read moreI would give ZERO starts if I could… I called to make an order and it was supposed to be ready in 45 min which was ok then I proceeded to go to the place and oh surprise as ALWAYS they told me I had to wait another 40 min for my order, it’s not the first time hooters do this, I don’t know why you guys give the wrong time and make people waste their valuable time in vacations. The lady told me oh you have to wait 40 more min and at least your food will be fresh, I asked her since I will be waiting more time can I seat there to eat and she said nope even thought it was a lot of empty tables, I told her to cancel my order since I was waiting for one hour and a half for my food. She called her manager and he just came and told me to wait one minute, and then he left and I have to wait for him like another 10 min, I wasn’t the only one in the situation the place was with a lot of people waiting for their order, the manager came back and didn’t told me anything he was in his actitud and wrote “30 min” in a board and left. I was frustrated and I told the lady I need to cancel my order and she was like no I need to ask my manager and I was like NO, I’m leaving. They asked me if I paid in advance and I told her no thank god and they were like oh then leave. Super rude people.
