Midnight Hookah lounge — Restaurant in Florida

Parking is limited. ($5 to park in their lot). Since owner responded and said to park in their lot is free then I guess it's our fault we couldn't tell which parking lot was theirs even though it was in the same lot as the lounge. No cover charge. Overpriced drinks (not worth their price). Ok Owner, i guess it is Orlando I should expect that price but I had just left another establishment and their drinks were better so of course I didn't complain about their quality or price which was higher than yours. Good hookah but way more expensive than other Hookah places (again Owner, I was in Orlando so guess I should be expecting this) Charges per person ($25 for 2 ppl). Music was good for like 20 mins then all they played was Hispanic music. I don't mind some Hispanic but dam give me a variety. We even requested songs but DJ never played. And if it was Latin Night, don't expect me to know this on my 1st time there. It should be posted on your site. Not everyone uses social media if that is going to be your next excuse. Service was OK. But they add a 20% gratuity (it was just 2 of us). Our hosts was funny and made it decent but let's just say we won't be back. I dont care how funny the guy was, I still would not have tipped him 20% of our bill considering when we came in and got seated it took him 20 mins just to take our order when there was not even 10 ppl there yet. And if it was posted somewhere on the menu I wouldn't have minded. It is the fact I was blindsided by it. So just post it on the menu and then maybe you won't have so many complaints about it. I would love to come back and see if it's any better on another night. If I do, I will be sure to post about it. But for now, 1...

Second time here and this bad experience was one for the books. I guess Saturday they have a door cover of $10. Then they charge you for a service charge which was $14 for 3 people. Then charge you $10 for a 3rd person to smoke hookah. However, the waitress didn’t even ask if my 3rd person was smoking, but charged anyways. Then when I say something to her she was at everyone’s table but ours. She only came over 3 times(1 to seat us, 2nd to see if we ordered drinks that were in her hands, and the 3rd to just give me the drink the manager sent over for the trouble). The manager never came when she supposedly asked until we flagged him down when servicing the table next to us.The drink had no alcohol in it AT ALL(See picture). The first time I’ve been here was amazing, but this experience put a sour taste in my mouth. As someone who just moved to Orlando this is bad. I’m personally going to look for another hookah place. If you want to be nickel and dimed come here. I understand you’re a business, but I can see why you’re not packed like...
