I have been a frequent patron of this establishment, dining here almost every day. However, recent experiences have left me deeply dissatisfied and hesitant to return. Firstly, I have encountered multiple incidents where I found hair in my food, which is extremely unsanitary. Additionally, I was shocked to find mold in an apple pie (attached picture). While fortunately I did notice it before consuming, the fact that such an oversight occurred is concerning. Moreover, the pricing of the apple pies is exorbitant considering their quality. At $3 each, one would expect fresh pastries. Unfortunately, they often seem stale, which is disappointing given the minimal cost to produce them. Reflecting on these experiences, I find myself feeling nauseous at the mere thought of dining here again. It’s disheartening to witness such a decline in quality and hygiene standards. I sincerely hope that management takes swift action to address these issues.

Einstein Bros is fine! Everything’s always fresh—I just don’t think their bagels are anything special. If you really want a bagel breakfast sandwich (which is a totally understandable situation to be in) then sometimes Einstein Bros is your best option. During those times, it hits the spot! But if you’re near Salt Lake there’s a number of better options. Down in Draper Einstein is kind of the the only bagel option though. Staff is always nice and they’ve never gotten an order wrong. Just kinda have to be in the bagel mood for it to be my thing though.

On Easter I went in and ordered 3 dozen bagels for my work. I asked for a full dozen of blueberry and cinnamon suger and one mixed. I realized after the day was almost over we had a full dozen left because the guy that helped gave me a dozen of the raisin bagels 🥯 which no one likes. I’ve been meaning to call in to let management know but keep forgetting and by the time I remember they are closed. I definitely feel like I should get a dozen blueberry to make up for his mistake. I took a picture to show them their mistake.

Terrible Customer Service! I pulled up to the drive-thru mid morning, no one was in front of me... I waited for about 10 seconds, because no one greeted me over the speaker, I said "Hello"...a young man's voice came across "I'll be with you in a moment" - no greeting at all! So, I waited maybe 45 - 60 seconds, then said "Hello" again. I got the same response from the young man! By this time I should've ordered and been ready to pay at the window - but I waited another 30 - 45 seconds and he asked me to place my order. I asked for choc chip bagel and a drink, he immediately responded "we are out of choc chip bagels." So, because my order was for someone else not me, I said never mind and drove forward to exit, however there was one truck at the window and I could not go around him, so I waited, and waited. I had enough time to call the person to ask if a different flavor bagel would work for them and they said yes. By the time the truck drove away, I pulled up to the window to request a different flavor bagel and a drink, only to wait for someone to open the window to even talk to me! I'm obviously very upset at this time, but endured for the sake of the person I was getting the bagel for!!! I waved at the window until I got the attention of a young girl, of which I told her what I wanted and she just stared at me with a blank stare. She turned around from the window and I could see her talking to a small oriental woman (must've been her boss), because the woman then came to the window and asked me what did I want!!! Holy Cow! How rude can a person be??? I told her what I wanted and she said the young man will get it for me and it would be a few more minutes. OH MY GOSH!!! REALLY? After what seemed an eternity - I finally left with my order and WILL NEVER GO BACK! Hope you'll...

I have never had a worse “fast food” experience. Which is saying a lot because let’s face it, most fast food places don’t do much right. So here’s the scoop... I pull up at their drive through in quite a long line, one you can’t pull out of because it’s just wide enough for one car. After waiting for about 10 minutes we place our order. They had maybe 5 types of bagels left (at 12:30 pm when they closed at 4) so we place the order not super thrilled with what we got but since we had waited so long and still had to wait to exit the line we decided to deal with it. After waiting another 25 minutes we finally get to the window just for them to tell us they sold 2 of the bagels we had ordered and they had no more. They refunded us for those and gave us our food. While checking our order we realized they had forgotten to give us an egg sandwich we had ordered. I tell the moron at the window and he tells me that’s why we gave you a refund. I said no you gave us a refund for the 2 plain bagels. Not sandwich. He walks away... I’m thinking he’s talking to maybe his manager or someone. Nope! He comes back and looks and me so I said so what’s up? And he literally says... I’m just wondering what you’re still doing here! Like what the freak??? So basically I said a simple cuss word and drove off. I am so ticked because I frequent this location but will now take the longer drive to the Orem location if I’m having a hankering for bagels. (Word for the wise- hire at least one person with any customer service skills. Because what we witnessed today...

Just had the absolute worst food experience! We drove 30 mins to come to Einstein since there isn’t one close to us. I ordered 3 bagels in the drive through one had a long black hair baked into the bread and they were all soft and kinda doughy. My toddler wouldn’t even eat it. We had already gotten back on the freeway when we started trying the food. I called and the older lady on the phone said I would have to come back in to get a refund. I went all the way back with all three bagels and was met with some bratty blonde girl who knows nothing about customer service. I was very calm and not rude at all I told her I would like a refund because of the hair and the doughy-ness of the bagels. She said “they are only dough because we just baked baked them, they are really fresh” she said that a couple times. I’m like how fresh can they be girl there’s a long black hair hanging out of one. Never an I’m so sorry that happened to you or anything like that. I finally got my money back and was never offered different bagels or anything else. After personally being a manager and working in food for years that was crazy.

Einsteins used to be our favorite but it seems they have settled allot when it comes to freshness and...
