I went there on 4/26/19 for lunch as I do at least once a week for a year now during my 30 minute lunch and ordered 2 carne asada tacos. I signed my receipt and tipped too as I always do. I then asked for limes as I like to add a lot of lime to my tacos. The lady (It said her name was Andy on the receipt) at the drive thru was very unfriendly and rudely said to me, "if you want limes you need to get out of your car and come in and get them. I'm not walking over there to get them for you." I was very confused as I had never heard of such a thing. I said to her "I'm sorry but I have never heard of this, can you please give me some limes? I come here often and I have never been told that I need to come in." She proceeded to argue with me but I was firm in my request and she finally went and got me a quarter of a lime that was cut in half. Like seriously? They have Always been generous with their condiments before this day. I asked her to please get me more as this was not enough. She responded by slamming the window shut. At this point I called the restaurant and the same lady rudely answered the phone. I asked her again "Can you please provide me with more limes, this is not enough." At this time, I heard one of her coworkers ask her what was going on. She yelled loudly "THIS HAG IS ASKING FOR MORE LIMES!" I could not believe my ears! A different person finally came to the window and provided me with a generous amount of lime. He was very embarrassed as he seemed to recognize me since I come often. I told him this was a most unpleasant experience and there was no need for her to have been so disrespectful. I barely made it back to work on time and had to eat my tacos between calls, but I have to say, it was hard to shake this experience off so as to not let it ruin my day. I will Not be returning to this Rancheritos even though I love their food. This was a horrible and unnecessary experience and I cannot believe they have such a rude person taking orders. Denying to provide condiments after getting tipped and when it is part of her job was completely out of line and unacceptable. I treated her with kindness and was received with horrible customer service and very...
Read moreThis place is good and everything if your not a door dasher and working late at night and happen to be white and i say this because the lady who works the drive thru at night was very rude and short with me. Let me expalain i door dash at nights because i have insomnia so i have worked with this lady on more than one occasion and tonight has been the most unpleasant by far first i go Through the drive-through as I've done many a time before and and I pulled up to speaker and I told her hello I have a doordash and she answers you need to come in I say OK when did you guys change this and I'm with nothing but silence so I pull around and park my car and come inside and there's like 67 other customers little customers some of us are sitting down at the same time Hispanic lady comes in tooWe both walk up to the lady and the lady smiles warmly to the Hispanic lady and They do a little head nod as in recognition and the lady completely ignores meAnd starts helping other customers so I wait patiently for for me to have a charm to save my doordash name Finally I see my opportunity so I go up to it with my phone and I'll show her the name and say I have a doordash She rolls her eyes and walks away from the register Then it comes with one and has it to the other lady then continues to hand another doordash to another customer And another doordash to a customer that just enteredAll the while I'm still waiting for mine and now it's been about 4 other doordashers have come and gone with their doordashes and I'm still sitting here trying to get mine I have one burrito to pick upI don't know what her problem is and if I will ever get my food but it's kind of hard not to feel like maybe she might be a little racistSo my advice would be don't come to this beto's if you're a doordasherAnd if you do pray to God she's in a good mood and you don't have to come in because you will get...
Read moreI had a very bad experience with this location, the food I ordered was not made how I ordered, was cold and very dry when I received it as if it was old and made hours prior. I decided I was going to drive to the location and have it fixed, I called to let them know how my order wasn't how I ordered my food and asked if I could go to a closer location instead. The lady I talked to was hard understanding so she put on a guy to talk to me. I proceeded to let him know what was wrong with my order plus my drink was made with very little ice and 2 or 3 inches from being full then he proceeded to argue with me on how they didn't make it wrong. After some back and forth things started to escalate and I asked him about what happened to the customer being right cause I worked in customer service and if I made a mistake I would fix it and not argue with the customer. He started yelling at me saying I'm wrong and that's not what I ordered when I know for a fact what I ordered being the customer. He hung up on me and I called back then he started calling me disrespectful and called me a piece of shit multiple times. I told him I want to speak with his manager to which he told me he's not there and to come back the next morning if I wanted to fix my order and said he wouldn't do anything tonight. He continued to call me a piece of shit then he hung up on me again. I just ended up going to another location, showed them the receipt and explained what happened and the Pleasant Grove manager agreed the Draper location was in the wrong with my receipt showing how I ordered my food vs how I received it. The manager was more than happy to fix my order and made sure I was satisfied. As for the Draper location, I will never go there again with people who disrespect their customers and doesn't want to fix their mistakes. Draper 0/10...
