Two Sundays ago I was at Wingnuts in Draper Utah One of the Corporate owned not franchised-owned locations and it really was a poor operated when it comes to them policing their staff I had an issue and I thought Will had taken care of it after speaking with him on Monday I thought I learned more about how they really operate and their meaning of customer service however after trying to reach out to both the store manager and Will who is one of the founders and higher-ups through corporate operations and them not reaching back to me to deal with an issue I have decided that I need to leave this poor review and I am not worried about the fact that they are a company who refuses to serve people again after getting a poor review because I don’t ever intend to go back their again however that is the type of company they are if you leave them a poor review instead of fixing the issue they just say screw you your not welcome apparently and ignore your contacting them. So this is addressed to Erica the store manager will miller I think is his last name the corporate person and the employee who disrespected me on Sunday, July 8th, 2018. You guys have what you deserve and that is very poor ethics very bad business integrity.
Sunday the Employee made wisecracks about me being overweight and out of shape and he thought he was being funny but he really was just being an idiot dumb human being. Then when I placed my order he tried to upsell me on something which is yes part of his job awesome great for doing what one of your jobs is but when I said no because I don’t want to pay extra he then said don’t worry you won't get charged for it after I mentioned that I was charged for it last week he said it won't happen. Then when I got my check he said you where right you did get charged for it I said can you take care of that since you said it wouldn’t happen and he gets very rude and high toned saying he didn’t say anything of the sort I then argued back and forth with him for a moment and he said well if your not happy you don’t have to come back next time This is very poor customer service he humiliated me with other customers sitting right at the bar and disrespected me then I made a complain and I have been ignored repeatedly by reaching out to will miller the Corporate person and leaving a msg for the store manager Erica. You Guys need to learn to understand what real customer service is about I have worked in F&B hospitality since I was a teenager and now is 38 years old you guys suck greatly I hope one day you fix your issue but for now I want people to be warned about what to expect if someone from the company sees this and wants to reach out to me you can find my number on the store voicemail that I left for the manager or contact will miller one of the founders of the company he has my number and name. I don’t know this employees name because will said it was not the person I thought it was at first because it was a new employee using another employee log in to do their work I guess Now that I have heard their bartender is still trash talking me to people who I know who go there they are unprofessional the store Manager Erica and one of the franchise managers Will or Williams Miller are allowing their employee to trash talk me and not keep things professional. And it was Confirmed that they really where going to tell me not to come back because I left a review for their employees poor service and disrespectful treatment which is ok because I told them I didn’t want to come back anyways after I found out that they where planning on asking me to leave if I ever did come back which is their right to do so as a private business but I want others to know that this company is very childish and unprofessional and if I continue to find out that my name is being slandered then I may sue them.

Our food took a very long time to come out but when it did a waitress took our wings to another table. 10 minutes later she came back to that table and they said these aren’t our wings. She returned the wings to the kitchen window and our waitress had a conversation with her, took those wings from her and brought them to us. My husband told her I can’t take those wings because they were taken to a different table 10 minutes ago. She told him well they never touched them and he said I don’t care, I have no idea if they really touched them. She then stormed off. She came back and he said I’ll just cancel my wings and she said good idea because the kitchen is behind and it will be another 30 minutes to get wings. She did come back later and apologized and I wasn’t planning on writing a review BUT 4 of our party was up in the night with food poisoning. Honestly if she would have said I’m sorry your wings were taken to another table and they said they didn’t touch them. Do you still want these wings or I can put another order in.. my husband would have just taken the original wings. It was the way it went about all while we watched which was annoying. Another couple in our groups food was also taken to another table and they ended up leaving because we waited so long to begin with. Read moreWe went to the gateway location with some friends about a month ago and were SO excited to find one close to our house. There was an unusually long wait time, but, being a waitress myself, we tried our best to be patient. We ordered a pitcher of beer, which came out half full because we were told the keg blew and so he agreed to only charge us for a 20 oz beer. We ordered a $15 burger and 30 wings, a handful of $3 margaritas and a basket of buffalo chips, which we remembered as being SO good from our experience at the gateway.... The chips were definitely not seasoned as we remembered, not to mention half of them were burned. The chicken was good, chipotle lime, a sweet bbq, and a raspberry chipotle. But as soon as it cooled down it got really tough. And the burger was good, but not worth $15, for sure. The burger was far too thick to enjoy the rest of the sandwich. All in all, after tip, our total came out over $100 for 3 adults and 2 kids, sharing "3 meals" between us all. They charged for the kids sodas, which never got refilled. They (fixed it, but) initially charged us for the full pitcher of beer. Each cup of sauce is a buck. And they recommended a 20% tip, which i did leave, BUT, we definitely wont be back. We waited, and waited, even waited 15 minutes for him to pick up our check and 15 more for him to bring it back after fixing the mistake with the beer.
