Great staff, my bagel was toasted to perfection, the coffee was as expected and the place was relativley clean. We were staying nearby and I wanted to get coffee and get some work done on my laptop while my wife slept for a few more hours. It was 64 degrees outside - this is important later. I am from northern Indiana. I wear shorts and flipflops until the first snow of winter. I prefer to camp in the winter, have done so at -20 below zero several times. I like it cold. The temperature in that store was the coldest I have ever felt it for a resturant, let a lone where someone has to work at (the employees there). I was shivering within 20 minutes. The fans on the AC were turned up so high the draft blew the now empty paper bag that my bagel was in over 2 times before I put trash in it. I had to leave after 35 minutes - I was so cold I could not concentrate on what I needed to do....and when I walked outside my glasses frosted over. I am guessing the temp was set at around 55 degrees. When I asked one of the employees why the boss had the temp set so low she mumbled something as she walked away. Too bad - I would have liked to go back a...
Read moreThe store is super busy. You can tell because there are so many workers trying to keep up and they do a great job of staying organized. I have a very specific drink that I get with a dumb amount of caramel sauce and even as it's hectic they still put the amount that I asked for instead of rushing themselves. They've always had warm positive attitudes. I don't think I've seen one piece of trash on the floor or in the parking lot immaculate. I just want to give them props cuz I know they really are trying. I would like a little bit lighter ice in my drink I don't know if you want to add the extra milk instead because I know there's quite a bit of room at the top of my cup that's empty, I wouldn't even mind if cold water was added I just hate the fact that the empty space is there. It's kind of the same deal--the ice that's supposed to be there is now air. Kind of defeats the purpose of not getting a whole cup full...
Read moreHello. Was a regular of Dunkin' donuts dry ridge Kentucky for over 3 years straight. Sometime over this last summer the crew changed and then came a whole bunch of new people. Ever since then the service has gone downhill and has become very bad. Still went there up until this very last week. Went through and ordered a pumpkin spice latte iced. They loaded it down with so much cinnamon and sugar that it literally made me vomit. Tried to call the store to say something about it and couldn't get a hold of anybody. So I called corporate. Corporate seem concerned and said they would get a hold of the store. I'm very sure they did. The store was supposed to get a hold of me to try to make it right but the store never got a hold of me. I would give this 0 stars but it made me give one star. Will not ever go there again. They have lost my service. Will definitely be going to Walton's Dunkin' donuts...
