I had visited this location last night with my fiancé and my little sister. Our server/host was Darvin. He was incredible. He kept asking us if we ever need anything. He was in a perfect rotation with every table he was servicing, and probably had the other guests feeling the same way we did. He made sure to refill our waters if they appear to be empty and he was very patient with us when it came to ordering. I’d give this place a 10 out of 10/5, out of 5 for service courtesy of Darvin. The ambience of the restaurant was very nice we had gotten a table fairly quick. We were told it might take 10 to 15 minutes and it felt like it took about 8 to 10 minutes. So I would give the general atmosphere the same score. Now, for the food. The food was good I wouldn’t say it was too pricey. We had gotten three appetizers my fiancé ordered A alcoholic beverage, and we had got three entrées. I believe I had the most expensive entrée out of the three of us. The grand total was just over $132. Now I feel like it should’ve been closer to $100 just for the fact that the mac & cheese balls we had got were a little small I had got them because my fiancé really enjoys The Cheesecake Factory’s, mac & cheese balls and the portion of steak I got was smaller aswell . The appetizers we had got were the blooming onion, which was dang near a 10 out of 10, Then we also got a large plate of cheese fries, and the mac and cheese balls. My only complaint for the cheese fries is there was bacon on it, but I did make the mistake of not telling Darvin no bacon on there. The picture without reading the description looked like there was breadcrumbs on it. The entrées we ordered were two Outbacker burgers and the Chimichurri steak plate. The burgers were for My fiancé and my little sister. My sister got it with fruit and my fiancé got it with a Caesar salad. I had got to try the Caesar salad it was quite tasty. The chimichurri steak spread came with steamed broccoli and I believe some type of fried onion, plus a baked potato With all the fixings except Bacon. I had told Darvin I want my food just like the picture that is in the menu there were two meals that were very interesting to me/delectable. One of those was what I ordered and the other was the filet mignon lobster tail meal. when the food had arrived, I don’t know what happened to the steak when they had cut the steak, but it looked a little mangled, and the portion was a lot smaller than what the picture looked like, which was quite unfortunate, because I was hoping for what was in the menu but the taste of everything was far more than delicious. My sister and my fiancé said their burgers were all right. They did not know, It was going to come with condiments on it, such as mustard, ketchup, or any type of sauce, so with the amount of mustard that was put on the burgers was very off putting and the cook of the burgers were a little too medium rare, and needed to be more on the medium side. Read moreFirstly, the management staff at this location is some the most exquisite customer service that I have ever experienced. A nightmare turned into a day dream.
My boyfriend and I were gifted a meal here for valentines day from my dad. My dad saying that "you guys deserve the best steak in town". We were both excited to try out this amazing steak place. We placed an online order and went to go pick it up.. they were extremely busy. However the young man that came to help us was rude, pushy and dismissive. When we got home to open our meals the attitude that young man had, had definitely reflected that vibe into our meal. Everything was wrong... and the quality of what we received did not meet that raving recommendation that we were so hopeful for.
The next day, with a heavy heart, I called in to inform management of our experience. I spoke with an amazingly professional woman named, Margarita. She was apologetic and appalled by what I had told her. She asked us to please return so they could make it right. She was kind, sympathetic and diligent in solving the problem and ensuring that were were happy with our experience at their resteraunt. In all honesty, she was an absolute delight to speak with and as a former manager I was beyond impressed with her communication and problem solving determination. My boyfriend and I returned the following evening per Margaritas request. We phoned in our order, the guy on the phone was courteous and polite.
When we arrived to pick up our food, the co-manager (I think? My apologies if I got the title wrong) Joshua, came to deliver our food personally. He was professional, sympathetic, kind and had personable communication skills that you rarely see in management these days. He went above and beyond apologizing and helping to correct the situation in any which way he could. Both Joshua and Margarita are exceptional and vital pieces of incredible customer service and management experience. We were both blown away by the level of professionalism and hospitality.
When we got home to check out our "take two" meal... we were awed. The meal was mouth wateringly perfect. Everything was portioned properly and there wasn't a single complaint from the either of us. I absolutely loved this meal and will absolutely return for many more meals to come. Not only because of the pure perfection of that meal but also for the flawless and beyond on point management that is running that location.
I highly recommend dining with Dublin Outback. And for those curious, it appeared to have a beautiful outdoor patio area with plenty of heaters and big screen TVs still with a classy steak house atmosphere. When I came in, the place was incredibly busy. Even then, I was promptly seated even though I could tell they were overwhelmed with large groups and a party that had more people I could count. I had considered leaving, but they were so fast to help me, I'm glad I didn't.
I was a party of one, and even though I know large parties are harder to work and provide often larger tips, my service was impeccable. I never felt ignored, nor unappreciated. I never had to flag Stephanie down for anything, as not only was my order perfect, she made sure to check in on me often enough without feeling like I was being interrupted or ushered along. Honestly she made everything seem effortless. When I next decide to eat here, and I will, I hope to be seated in her section again. It was obvious from those around me that she takes especially good care of those in her section.
The food came out perfect. I probably should have taken a picture, but by the end there wasn't a scrap left on my plate. The cook staff did an amazing job on my sirloin, cooked and seasoned to perfection. I'll admit it was hard to choose what to get, but I don't regret my decision and you won't either. For what I got, the prices felt reasonable, and there was no confusion in ordering. My server took my order, asked a few questions to make sure, and my food was out quickly.
As for the atmosphere, as I said before, I felt noticed and taken care of, even though a large party was, reasonably, taking up a lot of the staffs focus and attention.
